Responsibilities

UserInterface (UI) Design focuses on anticipating what users might need to do andensuring that the interface has elements that are easy to access, understand,and use to facilitate those actions with a focus on maximising efficiency,responsiveness and aesthetics to foster a good user experience

• Be our DESIGN GURU
• Conceptualize and design graphical user interfaces, templates, wireframes and mocks
• Collaborate with team members to provide supporting graphics for implementation to web, mobile and other digital media platforms
• Participate in content development of user-friendly web content
• Content management of web portal/site.
• Have a keen eye for quality and pay strict attention to detail.
• Constantly engaging end users to gather feedback for continuous design improvement.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or an equivalent

• Preferably 2 years’ experience in web and multimedia design (agency experience is a plus).

• Creative background across media types.

• Strong portfolio displaying user-centric designs.

• MUST HAVES

1. Proficient in Design/Multimedia Software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
2. Knowledge of CSS Coding, CSS Style sheets, HTML is a MUST.
3. To articulate and demonstrate effectively the level of proficiency through portfolio of projects and involvement.

A day in the life

• Perform in line with expectations identified within the Exercise Experience Coach journey.
• Provide exceptional service through our gym floor product range including ensuring the gym areas and equipment is maintained and presented as laid out as per brand standards.
• Deliver all products in line with the service level expectations attached to gym floor services and PT sessions combining unique physical experiences through to uplifting mind-body journeys.
• Leverage your personality to create a culture where the community become loyal clientale.
• Embrace feedback and suggestions to improve exercise product delivery.
• Advocate safety and ensure an overall safe environment for members and team members.
• Keep all workouts safe (considering equipment, technique and pre-existing injuries).
• Stay on top of all admin to ensure seamless booking, payment and validation of sessions.
• Naturally act as a brand ambassador to support marketing activities as required.
