• Manage technical issues and support first-level troubleshooting.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5–7 years of manufacturing or factory operations experience.
• Proven experience managing ~25 operators, including warehouse and vendor staff.
• Able to manage end-to-end factory operations, beyond production alone.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; able to present to Management.
