1. Project Planning & Coordination

• Review project drawings, specifications, and contract requirements

• Develop project schedules and manpower planning

• Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors

• Ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of ACMV works

2. Site Supervision & Execution

• Oversee installation of ACMV systems (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ducting, piping, ventilation systems, etc.)

• Monitor daily site activities and progress

• Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings and method statements

• Resolve technical and site issues

3. Quality Control & Compliance

• Ensure installation meets project specifications and industry standards

• Conduct inspections and testing of ACMV systems

• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and safety standards

• Manage documentation such as inspection reports and checklists

4. Resource & Cost Management

• Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment

• Monitor material usage and minimize wastage

• Control project costs and assist with budget tracking

• Liaise with procurement for timely material delivery

5. Testing & Commissioning

• Coordinate testing and commissioning of ACMV systems

• Ensure systems operate efficiently and meet performance criteria

• Rectify defects during testing stage

6. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

• Ensure site safety compliance

• Conduct safety briefings and toolbox meetings

• Implement risk control measures

7. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports

• Attend site meetings

• Maintain as-built drawings and handover documents
