• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and requirement walkthroughs to validate and refine requirements
• Support data-driven initiatives by working with data pipelines, reporting needs, and analytics teams to enable informed decision-making
• Ensure alignment between business expectations and technical delivery throughout project lifecycles
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate solution functionality and support successful implementation
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend actionable solutions to enhance business operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior experience in the Insurance industry is nice to have but not a must have.
• Exposure to Data Engineering environments or projects
• Experience using tools such as SQL, Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms
