Join a high-impact public sector initiative driving digital health innovation. We are supporting a public sector client in search for a technical product manager to lead the delivery, architecture, and operations of a large-scale lifestyle platform.

This role goes beyond traditional product management — you will play a key role in engineering leadership, system design, and production excellence.

Your key responsibilities will include: 

•⁠  ⁠Own end-to-end product delivery for platform modules (design → build → release → run)

•⁠  ⁠Translate business problems into technical solutions, architecture, and delivery plans

•⁠  ⁠Lead backlog prioritisation, dependency management, and release planning

•⁠  ⁠Drive technical execution with engineers and vendors to deliver scalable systems

•⁠  ⁠Define architecture standards, design patterns, and system quality benchmarks

•⁠  ⁠Oversee production operations, incident management, and system reliability

•⁠  ⁠Prototype solutions and validate feasibility (including AI/GenAI use cases)

•⁠  ⁠Track success metrics (adoption, performance, reliability) and drive improvements

Qualifications: 

•⁠  ⁠You should come with at least 5 solid years in software engineering /ortechnical roles, of which a good 3 years hands-on development experience (Java / Python / JavaScript / Node.js)

•⁠  ⁠Experience working as a Technical Product Manager / Tech Lead / Engineering Lead

•⁠  ⁠You should have got hands-on experiences in system design & architecture (scalability, reliability, security), web & mobile technologies (React, Angular, Spring Boot, Django, etc.), cloud platforms & DevOps practices (CI/CD, containers, automation) and some working knowledge of database technologies (SQL & NoSQL)

•⁠  ⁠You should also have got some exposure to AI / GenAI project delivery
