• In charge of recording and allocating incoming customer payments accurately in the accounting system.
• Prepare, process, and send invoices to customers in a timely manner
• In charge of managing billing activities, collections, and prepare AR reports according to required deadlines.
• In charge of performing reconciliations for customer accounts and bank statements.
• Handle GIRO deduction arrangements and reconcile related transactions.
• Responsible in processing payment receipts and arrange bank deposits.
• Responsible in reviewing payment differences and work with customers to resolve discrepancies or billing issues
• Assist with month-end closing tasks related to Accounts Receivable.
• Respond to queries from the cross functional department

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Accounts Receivable
• Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Esker is preferred

Job Description:

• Timely processing of employee expense claim for monthly reimbursement (as assigned) & adhoc reimbursement (if any)

• Related company billing/debit note

• WSEF Accounts Payable functions with knowledge of 3-way matching (as assigned)

• Timely matching and recording of all trade or non-trade invoices.

• Follow up with approval and perform payment proposals for telegraphic transfer, borrowing or GIRO to local and overseas vendors.

• Intercompany and interbank fund transfer

• Handling vendors’ inquiries and coordinating with operations on issues on hand.

• Reconciliation of Vendor & Interco balances

• In charge of AP month end closing processes.

• Undertake other ad hoc assignment.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma with at least 5 years of experience

• Knowledge of Singapore Goods and Service Tax

• Basic command of written and spoken English

• Knowledge in SAP system

• Experience in accounts and AP related functions

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Construction: Build and rebalance model portfolios using equities, fixed income, alternatives, and insurance-wrapped assets (e.g., separate accounts within variable life).

• Policy & Investment Administration: Process new business paperwork, fund insurance policies, set up systematic investment plans (SIPs), and manage premium allocations.

• Due Diligence: Vet sub-account options inside variable universal life (VUL) or variable annuities; compare expense ratios, surrender schedules, and M&E charges.

• Reporting & Reconciliation: Generate consolidated performance reports (time-weighted return, IRR) that include policy cash value growth as part of net worth.

• Regulatory & Compliance: Ensure suitability (Regulation Best Interest, state insurance suitability for annuities), maintain proper licensing, and file all required disclosures.
