You will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electric stoves in commercial kitchens and in a workshop space. Expected Job Scope:

• Diagnose and repair electric stove faults: heating elements, thermostats, selector switches, wiring harnesses, and control boards.

• Disassemble and reassemble stove panels, burners, and internal components safely.
• Complete service reports, track parts usage, and manage your own daily schedule.
