- Attend site meetings, inspections,and monitoring of project progress with the Main Contractor.
- Ensure safe work procedures are implemented to control risk
- Other scopes of work to be assigned by the Managing Director
- Liaise with other departments to ensure information,materials or other resources to ensure project progress.
- Any other tasks deemed necessary by the company related to the execution of projects.
- Design, plan and manage product installation.
- Develop material and construction specifications and attend coordinator meetings.
- Oversee safety aspect of project.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and supervisor.
- Order material and arrange manpower for the project.
- Track material order, site progress and progress report.
- Perform quality control and inspection.
- Manage construction projects in compliance with specifications,standards and regulation.
- Coordinate and prepare shop drawing discussion with main con and consultant.
