We are a emerging provider of commercial kitchen equipment, specializing in high-performance electric stoves for restaurants, hotels, and catering operations. Our customers rely on us for fast, accurate repairs and preventive maintenance. We are looking for a hands-on Technician or Junior Engineer who enjoys diagnosing problems, soldering components, and keeping equipment running safely.
You will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electric stoves in commercial kitchens and in a workshop space. You will be disassembling control panels, tracing wiring faults, replacing heating elements, solder circuit board connections, and ensuring every stove meets safety and performance standards. You will also handle basic administrative tasks (service logs, parts inventory) and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Expected Job Scope:
- Diagnose and repair electric stove faults: heating elements, thermostats, selector switches, wiring harnesses, and control boards.
- Perform basic soldering on wires and PCB components as needed.
- Disassemble and reassemble stove panels, burners, and internal components safely.
- Complete service reports, track parts usage, and manage your own daily schedule.
- Keep your work vehicle, toolbox, and repair area clean and organized (housekeeping is part of the job).
Requirements
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience repairing electric appliances – commercial kitchen equipment is a strong plus, but residential stoves or similar electro-mechanical devices are acceptable.
- Ability to solder (wire-to-wire and through-hole PCB joints)
- Basic assembly/disassembly skills
- Comfortable with basic admin – using a tablet/laptop for service logs, inventory, and time tracking.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with 3-phase power or commercial kitchen ventilation.
- Chinese Speaking (Need to Communicate with customers and suppliers)
- Ability to read basic wiring diagrams and schematics.
