Favella Translations is a Singapore-based translation agency supporting international clients in the legal, financial, medical and luxury sector with precise, time-sensitive translation and interpretation in 30+ languages.
As a Junior Operations Executive, you will be supporting the day-to-day operations of the business and work directly with our founder and Head Translator. Through mentoring and training within a small specialised team, you will develop practical skills to handle administrative tasks, coordinate linguistic projects, and successfully liaise with international vendors and clients.
From arranging interpreters for foreign diplomats to coordinating the translation of high-stakes contracts, you will be involved in delivering top-notch services in an international and multi-cultural environment with strong opportunities for growth.

This role is designed as a structured learning pathway into operations management, with the goal of becoming fully independent within 6-9 months.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Administration
Organise and prepare project files and documentation
File invoices and expenses for internal records
Maintain accurate databases for projects, clients and vendors
Support with ad hoc administrative tasks such as booking courier deliveries and attending legalisation appointments
Project Coordination
Assist with client enquiries and quotations across channels (email, WhatsApp and phone)
Outsource projects to vendors and track project timelines
Ensure projects are delivered accurately and on time
Language Support
You Are a Great Fit If You:
Have a strong command of English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
Are highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise while maintaining accuracy
Take pride in getting details right and completing tasks properly
Are reliable, punctual, and able to follow through without constant supervision
Have a clear and professional communication style
Have a positive, self-improving attitude and strong willingness to learn
Bonus point: Knowledge of Traditional Chinese and/or dialects (e.g. Hokkien) or another language (e.g. Bahasa Malaysia) is a plus but not required.

Additional Details and Requirements
Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents only
Diploma holders with 0-3 years of experience (fresh graduates welcome)
Previous experience in administration, customer service and operations support roles highly desirable
