Your Role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Admin / Sales Administrative/ Administrative Assistant/ Inside Sales / Sales Coordinator to provided administrative support for customer orders by using ERP system. You will prepare PO, DO & quotation for customers’ requirements. Liaise with operation, sales team & freight forwarders for daily smooth operations.
What Will You Do
• Provide administrative support to clients and sales department
• To prepare PO, DO, RFQ, report & quotation for customers’ and sales team requirements
• Coordinate with delivery arrangement, incoming and outgoing shipment
• Prepare invoices and follow up the payment of customers
• Liaise with operation, sales team & freight forwarders for daily smooth operations
• Any other administrative work assigned by manager
What Do We Want
• At least A Level and above or equivalent
• Min 2-3 year of relevant working experiences in creating freight quotations and RFQ / Freight forwarding
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
