Job Description
Our client is a stable and growing company in the logistics and operations sector, supporting regional shipping and distribution activities.
This is a structured and stable role suitable for candidates who are organised, detail-oriented, and looking to build experience in both accounting and shipping operations.
This role may also be suitable for candidates with experience or interest in positions such as Accounts Assistant, Finance Assistant, Admin Assistant, Logistics Coordinator, or Shipping Assistant.
Candidates with experience in accounting, logistics, or administrative roles are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Shipping & Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate shipments with logistics providers and freight partners
- Prepare shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, etc.)
- Track shipment status and ensure timely delivery
- Resolve shipment-related issues and liaise with relevant stakeholders
Accounting & Administrative Support
- Process invoices, payments, and credit notes
- Maintain accurate transaction and inventory records
- Assist with basic accounting entries and reconciliation tasks
- Provide general administrative support as required
Requirements
- Basic understanding of accounting principles or bookkeeping
- Familiarity with shipping or logistics processes is advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Meticulous, organised, and able to handle multiple tasks
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders will be advantageous due to job requirements

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: $2,300 – $2,500 per month (commensurate with experience)
- Variable bonus
- Annual leave: 12 – 16 days

Working Hours
- 5-day work week
- 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Alternative option: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
