Job Description:

The Billing Admin supports the department in carrying out the responsibilities of the Billing team.

• Responsible for the accuracy & timeliness in raising of services orders and sales invoice.

• Required to extract data from different software/portal to generate billing related reports and simple analysis maybe required.

• Maintain proper e-filing records of all billings/related documents.

• Deal directly with Internal and External Customer on any billing queries.

• Required to support on new initiative or system improvement relating to billing scope.

He/She is service oriented with excellent communication skills who is able to work independently but also knows how to be a team player. The Billing Admin should be able to work effectively with multiple and concurrent tasks with the willingness to offer a helping hand to whoever needs it may it be external or internal client.
