Working hours: Monday to Friday office hours
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the point of contact at the front desk in an office environment.
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Screen calls and direct them to the appropriate parties as necessary.
- Take and relay accurate messages when required.
- Greet and direct guests and visitors in a polite and professional manner.
- Provide office administrative support, booking of meeting rooms, coordination duties
- Assist with ordering and maintaining office pantry supplies and stationery when required.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a receptionist role is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized.
- Admin & computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office).
