We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to enhance our in-house products to stay ahead of the competition and ensure that they remain and integrated best-of-suite solutions for our clients. As a Business Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work with a multi-disciplinary team to design, develop, test and launch the new features and new products to market.

Feeling the pulse of the customer, business and market trends is core. Taking all these feedback iteratively, as a Business Analyst you have the opportunity to analyze the customer’s pain points, gaps in the product features, innovate on functionality and features, release a beta to early-adopters and finally launching the enhancements, features or products to market.

JOB DUTIES

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations support teams to better understand our clients’ needs and synthesise your findings into the product roadmap, prioritizing features and functionalities based on business value and customer feedback.
• Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities for differentiation.
• Constantly in touch with customers’ pains points, needs and desires and scoping an innovative and viable solution.
• Define clear, cohesive functional and non-functional requirements in the form of user stories and acceptance criteria, and manage time-integrated plans for feature development.
• Work closely with the UX/UI designers to detail out the wireframes and final UX for the new features or products.
• Ensure the objectives, requirements and specifications are clearly understood by the various team members across the Designers, Frontend & Backend Engineering, and QA teams.
• Execute beta and pilot programs with early-adopters and track their feedback and enhance the product features set readying it for market release.
• Develop key performance metrics for products. Track, monitor and analyse these metrics during beta, early-adopter stages as well as a live product.
• Actively conduct reviews, manage approvals, and sign off processes for product feature sets.
• Keep abreast of current product management methodology, latest competitor offerings, and digital trends to help strengthen the team’s deliverables.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree of Computing, Engineering, Product Design or related field.

Key Responsibilities

• Support technology project delivery by maintaining governance standards, tracking progress, risks, and ensuring initiatives are on time and within scope

• Conduct thorough research analysis and modeling including macro and micro fundamentals, technicals, market sentiment and news & flow impact, etc

• Degree from leading university in finance, economics, engineering, computer sciences, and/or math
• Good communication skills to collaborate both within and across teams
• Prior experience in financial market positions and passion for public market investing
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attentions to details
