What you will do:

• Handling daily shipping operations, including inbound/outbound/offshore shipments and local deliveries
• Setting up project shipping and delivery plans by liaising with project managers, purchasing team with understanding of project schedules
• Arranging shipping/deliveries to meet project schedules
• Arranging freight bidding to ensure competitiveness by working with purchasing team
• Working with suppliers to ensure goods are ready for pick-up as scheduled and getting the necessary information for bookings with forwarders
• Tracking all the shipments, deliveries, and updating shipping schedules in system
• Preparing the necessary shipping documents to ensure timely customs clearance Ensure correct quotes and billings from forwarders/couriers by cross-checking invoices
• Evaluating forwarders regularly by monitoring their performance and reviewing their quotation
• Working closely with Site Managers to ensure cargos are delivered to site as scheduled
• Working with Finance to assist with Goods Receiving in system
• Ensure filing system is updated with all the shipping documents and quotations from forwarders
• Preparing shipments tracking report if required by customers or Project Managers
• Replying to email enquiries from Project Managers, Site Managers, customers, suppliers and forwarders promptly
• Preparing reports on global shipping situation regularly
• Proactively identify and assess potential shipping risks prior to shipment arrangements, including geopolitical issues, seasonal constraints, and logistics disruptions, and continuously track shipping situations and market trends to mitigate impact
• Support demand forecasting activities by providing timely and accurate shipping insights, capacity constraints, and lead‑time trends to improve planning accuracy and supply continuity.

What we are looking for:

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of import/export regulations and customs clearance processes across multiple countries
• Strong proficiency in shipping documentation (e.g., Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin)
• Good knowledge of Incoterms and their practical application in global shipments
• Knowledge of trade compliance requirements and documentation audit standards is advantageous
• Ability to handle complex or urgent shipments under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, project environment
• Basic commercial awareness, including cost control and freight cost optimization
• Good negotiation skills when dealing with logistics vendors (e.g., freight forwarders, shipping lines, couriers) are advantageous
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
• Data analysis and reporting skills (e.g., shipment tracking, KPI monitoring, cost analysis) are advantageous
• Good time management and strong organisational skills, with attention to detail in documentation and reporting

Experience Desired:

• Ability to work independently to resolve issues arising from late deliveries or customer complaints
• Minimum 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in project-based shipping/logistics, preferably in an international environment
• Hands-on experience in managing end-to-end shipping coordination (planning, documentation, execution, and tracking)
• Experience working with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers to ensure timely delivery and compliance
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, SyteLine) and shipping-related modules will be advantageous
• Exposure to project logistics (oversized cargo, special handling , or cross-boarder project shipments)

Requirements and Responsibilities:

·       Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years’ experience in relevant activities.

·       Monitor Production Systems: Continuously monitor the health and performance of production applications using monitoring tools and dashboards.

·       Incident Management: Respond to and resolve application incidents, ensuring minimal impact on business operations. Document incidents and their resolutions.

·       Root Cause Analysis: Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.

·       Collaboration: Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to identify and resolve application issues.

·       Performance Tuning: Analyze application performance and implement tuning measures to optimize system performance.

·       Deployment Support: Assist in the deployment of new releases and patches, ensuring minimal disruption to production services.

·       Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of application support procedures, incident resolutions, and system configurations.

·       Hands-on experience in application support or development in Python, SQL, Unix, Java, AWS, Datadog, CICD Pipelines, and Git.

KEY ROLE(S), RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and road map in alignment with company goals and business objectives
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather and define project requirements, scope, objectives, and acceptance criteria
• Prioritise the product backlog and manage the entire product lifecycle from conceptualisation to post-launch optimization
• Break down complex requirements into actionable engineering tasks, set timeframes, estimate timelines with engineering teams, and establish detailed project plans
• Monitor project progress, identify technical risks, develop mitigation strategies, and address issues promptly
• Act as the central point of contact, translating technical concepts into business-friendly language and communicating project status to all participants and leadership
• Conduct user testing and internal dogfooding cycles, gather feedback, triage issues, file actionable tickets, verify fixes, and communicate outcomes to stakeholders
• Drive product adoption and user engagement by analysing usage patterns, identifying drop-off points, and implementing strategies to improve retention and active usage

• Plan and write release notes and newsletters for product updates, and stay current with industry trends through market research and competitor analysis
• Utilise project management tools to track work hours, plan execution, and monitor expenditures
• Facilitate technical knowledge sharing between team members and provide user support, ensuring queries and issues are addressed promptly
• Support administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and executing necessary legal paperwork including contracts and terms of agreement

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor Is degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, IT, or a relevant field
• Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or similar role within fintech, financial services, or
  technology-driven companies
• Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product lifecycle and working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital products
• Technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, product management principles, and software development lifecycle LSDLCM
• Proficient in analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Statsig, PostHog) and A/B testing tools
• Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
• Certification in product management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) is
