Role & Responsibilities:

• Independently perform nursing procedures such as medication administration via intravenous lines (e.g., CVC, PICC), withdrawing of blood samples, IV cannulation, physical assessment, vital signs monitoring including escalating abnormal readings, ECG monitoring, pain management, wound dressing, vaccinations, blood glucose monitoring,  etc.

• Independently conduct patient assessment, provide appropriate nursing intervention and evaluate outcome of intervention, including escalating required situations to doctors

• Effectively communicate patient’s condition to internal and external healthcare team and provide accurate and timely updates via appropriate channels (including documentation on Client Management System)

• Actively participate in handover meetings with partner hospitals to ensure seamless continuity of care

• Provide caregiver training (CGT) for patients and family members as required, to ensure patients and/ or family are able to provide adequate care upon discharge from hospital 

• Ensure safe and high standards of care provision to meet clients' expectations

【仕事内容】
PSは、コンサルティング案件の提案と遂行、提供サービスの拡充、セールスやマーケティングチームと協力してプロモーションの仕組みや施策の立案と実行を行います。

例えば、自社で運営する輸送サービスの車両にトラッカーを取り付け、位置情報や燃費などを管理することで運用効率を最大化したい、というお客様のプロジェクトがあります。こうした案件では、まず営業やソリューションアーキテクトとともに要件を整理し、その後のPoCやプロトタイピングをPSが担います。整理した情報に基づき、GPSトラッカーデバイスの調達・設定や、必要に応じて開発ボードを用いた試作を行います。あわせて、クラウド側ではAmazon Kinesis Streams、AWS Lambda、Amazon DynamoDBなどを活用した設計を行い、GPSデータの蓄積や可視化アプリケーションの実装をお客様とともに進めます。

Job Description:

• Installs foundations, walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs using materials such as: wood, steel, metal, concrete, plastics, and composites of multiple materials.
• Fits and installs window frames, doors, door frames, door hardware, interior and exterior trim using a carpenter’s level, plumb bob, and laser levels.
• Erects scaffolding and ladders for assembling structures above ground levels.
• Studies specifications in blueprints, sketches, or building plans to prepare project layout and determine dimensions and materials required.
• Shapes or cuts materials to specified measurements, using hand tools, machines, or power saws.
• Follows established safety rules and regulations and maintaining a safe and clean environment.
• Builds or repairs cabinets, doors, frameworks, floors, or other wooden fixtures used in buildings, using woodworking machines, hand tools, or power tools.
• Assembles and fastens materials to make frameworks or props, using hand tools and wood screws, nails, dowel pins, or glue.
• Removes damaged or defective parts or sections of structures and repair or replace, using hand tools.
• Inspects ceiling or floor tile, wall coverings, siding, glass, or woodwork to detect broken or damaged structures.
• Keep worksite clean.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in commercial or residential carpentry
• Able to read blueprints, drawings and sketches to fully grasp requirements
• Strong working knowledge of job site safety as well as ability to complete a company specific safety orientation
• Able to receive and follow instructions and communicate with workers
• Able to read and adhere to labels, safety warnings, and guidelines
• Detailed and must be alert to ensure safety in workplace

Job Description

We are seeking a responsible and proactive Operation Manager to oversee day-to-day cleaning operations at assigned sites. The successful candidate will supervise a team of cleaners, ensure high cleaning standards are maintained, and coordinate with clients and internal teams to deliver consistent service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate cleaners’ work schedules and daily operations
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure cleaning quality and safety standards are met
• Train new cleaning staff on job scope, equipment usage, and hygiene practices
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment when necessary
• Address feedback from clients and take corrective actions promptly
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) guidelines and internal SOPs
• Submit reports on site performance, manpower deployment, and incident records when required

Job Requirements:

• WSQ Certificate in Environmental Cleaning or equivalent is an advantage
• Good leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple sites if required
• Physically fit to perform site walkabouts and light manual duties when necessary
• Willing to work on a 6-day week schedule, with shifts (morning/evening)

• Competent to interpret the tender drawing, specification and contract documents

• Analyzing and negotiating costs in preparation of tender BQ, post tender budgeting and ensuring cost control during construction period
• Preparation of progress claims and final accounts with clients and subcontractors
• Quantity take off from drawings
• Preparation of variation orders, purchase orders

Requirements:

• Academic in relevant Quantity Surveying /Building/Engineering/ BIM, Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 3 years of related working experience in Singapore/Malaysia.
• Familiar with steel structure work and building work.
• Familiar in all construction trades and practical aspects of architectural and steel joinery works is an advantage
