Role Overview

As a Senior BMS Embedded Hardware Engineer, your primary mission is to design, develop, and validate high-performance embedded hardware systems that serve as the "nervous system" of our battery technology. You will lead the creation of robust analog and digital circuits from concept to mass production. Role Overview

NNIT is seeking experienced professionals from the life sciences industry for a full-time on-site role at our client locations in Tuas, Singapore. As a Senior/Consultant in Digital Manufacturing, CSV, you will be supporting our clients through the entire project lifecycle in ensuring all computer systems and software applications are validated according to industry standards, regulatory, and client requirements.

In this role, you will report to your Line Manager and work closely with key stakeholders on-site. Your expertise and proactive approach will be crucial in driving project success and delivering high-quality service.

Key Competencies

• Validation Methodology: Expertise in performing and documenting qualification/validation activities such as IQ, OQ, PQ, and ensuring systems meet predefined requirements.

• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with FDA 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, GAMP 5, and other global regulations to ensure compliance in system validation processes.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of software and hardware systems used in pharma, including troubleshooting and maintaining validated systems.

Essential Qualifications

• Experience: Over 3 years in a pharmaceutical or GMP environment, with expertise in either:

1. GxP Computer Systems Validation in laboratory equipment or manufacturing equipment
2. Manufacturing Execution System (MES) (e.g., Emerson Syncade, Körber/ Werum PAS-X, Siemens Opcenter Execution Pharma, POMSnet, Rockwell PharmaSuite)
3. Data management or integration technologies (e.g OSI PI)

Fresh graduates, preferably with internship in pharmaceutical industry, and those with lesser experience may be considered for Junior roles.

• Education: at least Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science

• Regulatory Knowledge: Good understanding of FDA 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, GAMP 5, and other global regulations

Job Purpose:

Hands-on experience with knowledge of full spectrum of accounts

Efficiently undertake a range of duties related to the accounting/bookkeeping/treasury function of the business.

Key responsibilities:

1)    Perform full spectrum of Accounts Payable and fixed asset function for several legal entities including invoice posting

2)    Ensure all disbursements for vendor invoice and staff claims are processed timely and accurately and comply to policies and regulations

3)    Work closely with other functions to proactively manage and resolve payment and invoice issues effectively and efficiently

4)    Prepare month-end reconciliations and journals

5)    May be in-charge of China Entity Reporting

6)    Assist Snr Accounts Executive in month end closing

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Field Application Engineer to deliver motion and control solutions across Southeast Asia region. This role involves close collaboration with customers and internal teams to design, implement, and support engineering systems using the company’s products and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

•Propose motion & control solutions and develop engineering systems according to the customer applications and requirements

•Provide technical training and product knowledge to customers on company technologies

•Support customers on-site support, including installation, system configuration, tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure that the company products perform well according to the customer applications and requirements

•Develop demo systems for application-based use cases

•Prepare user manuals, training materials, and product instruction guide

•Document and report service cases in internal systems and communicate updates with relevant team members

Requirement & Qualifications:

•Minimum 3 years of experience in promoting motion and control solutions and technologies, demonstrating systems, and developing engineering systems in collaboration with the sales team and the customer.

•Understand customer technical requirements and applications, solving challenges using PI products and technical consultancy.

•Knowledge in motion & control, system integration, and/or automation fields (i.e. linear motor, motorized linear translation stage, driver, controller, position sensors, digital and analog I/Os)

•Knowledge in system tuning/configuration (i.e. PID parameters) and development software for motion control (i.e. Visual Studio, C/C#, LabVIEW, and/or Python)

•Strong Troubleshooting skill with ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently across both hardware and software

•Systematic approach to tasks handling

•Independent, self-driven and fast to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment

•Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly

•Provide hands-on on-site support (pre- and post-sales)
