Overview:

In this role you will assist in the full spectrum of HR functions such as end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, policy review, performance management, budgeting and forecast. You will work closely with management to ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations and provide administrative support to the organisation. You will be the expert in executing people-related solutions to streamline HR processes and ensure compliance to labour laws and government regulations. Responsibilities

• Assist in employee payroll processing

• Assist in recruitment process, including screening resume, conducting preliminary telephone interview and interview arrangement

• Prepare employment contracts and letters of appointment, confirmation and promotion
