• Drive change management efforts for new finance processes and contribute to finance transformation and value creation initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, or related discipline with 10–15 years of relevant finance experience.
• Professional accounting qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in public sector, education, training, or grant-funded environments is advantageous.
• Strong experience in audit, regulatory reporting, and internal controls.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP systems.
• Resilient, hands-on, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
