The Role:
This is a foundational operations role. You will be the crucial support ensuring daily activities run smoothly, data is accurate, and standard procedures are followed. You will handle shipment tracking, documentation, reporting, and issue coordination to maintain operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and support daily operational tasks for air, sea, and land freight shipments, ensuring strict adherence to SOPs.

• Prepare, review, and verify all shipment documentation for accuracy; perform daily checks on system data to prevent errors.

• Generate daily and weekly operational reports on shipment volumes, on-time performance, and exceptions.

• Track operational issues (delays, errors) and coordinate with internal teams (Ops, Customer Service, Finance) to facilitate resolution.

• Support process improvement initiatives and provide ground-level feedback for SOP updates.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding operations.

• Good foundational understanding of air and sea freight processes.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

• Organized, team-oriented, and able to manage routine tasks consistently and reliably.

Summary:

The primary function of the incumbent is to ensure that direct materials are planned and procured to meet the production schedule, while optimizing the inventory levels on site.

This position support both production and technology transfer. Job incumbent will work closely with a cross-functional team to that to ensure material readiness from both systems (Supply Chain) and delivery perspective.

Responsibilities:

· Own and maintain material planning and supplier master data in the ERP system. (Item Master, Vendor Master, Planning Records, Bill of Materials, MRP, Purchase Orders, etc.)

·Reviews and analyzes the Material Requirements Plan (MRP) and releases purchase order requisitions or adjusts purchase order deliveries as needed to meet the production schedule.

·Analyzes raw material lead times, safety stock levels, and inventory turns to maintain inventories at levels consistent with company objectives to support production requirements while optimizing inventory levels.

·Ensure compliance of all Supply Chain and Purchasing operations with all relevant cGMP, regulatory requirement and corporate policies, procedures and guidelines.

· Provides raw material forecast data and support profit plan setting.

· Lead and drive supply chain initiatives and projects at site level.

· Identify, develop, and implement improved supply chain practices to meet changing business environments.

·Work with process COEs and IT on systems and business process improvement.

·Develop and maintain relevant site level SOPs.

·Analyze supplier performance and supply chain risk to develop risk mitigation plan.

·Support Internal and External Audits as required.

Requirements:

·Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning and scheduling, and supply chain management in pharmaceutical industry.

· Experience in SAP or other MRP systems.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across departments.

·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·Able to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Summary

You will lead and supervise warehouse operations in a cold room environment to ensure accurate stock management and efficient logistics. You will drive compliance with stock allocation and delivery schedules, collaborating with drivers and warehouse specialists to meet revenue targets and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage stock movements in the cold room warehouse at Buroh location to maintain operational efficiency
• Verify and approve stock draw out, returns, incoming stock, and ensure stock balances accurately match the warehouse system records
• Roster and supervise on-site warehouse specialists to ensure completion of daily operational tasks without loose ends
• Monitor and enforce compliance of van sales drivers with allocated stock to achieve revenue targets
• Maintain daily updates of stock inventory in the warehouse system and Google Drive for accurate record-keeping
• Communicate effectively in English and Mandarin with various on-ground stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations
