ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with deep functional expertise in Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance (SCF) to lead requirements, solutioning and functional delivery on global product builds and bank implementations. The role sits at the intersection of banking business knowledge and software product engineering: eliciting and shaping requirements, translating complex trade and SCF business processes into product capabilities and configurations, and steering functional delivery from discovery through UAT and go-live. The ideal candidate has built and implemented global trade / SCF products within an IT product or services organisation, and can engage credibly with bank business heads, operations and technology teams alike.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Requirements & functional analysis — lead elicitation, analysis and documentation of business and functional requirements; produce BRDs/FRDs, user stories, process flows, use cases and data mappings for trade and SCF products.

• Domain solutioning — translate documentary trade, guarantees, supply chain finance, factoring, receivables/payables finance, risk participation and syndication processes into product capabilities, configurations and gaps/customisations.

• Product build — work with product management and engineering to define and refine global product features; contribute to product backlog, prioritisation, configurability vs. customisation decisions and roadmap inputs.

• Implementation & rollout — support multi-country, multi-wave bank implementations; lead functional fit-gap, solution design workshops, product walkthroughs and configuration definition across cloud and on-premises deployments.

• Interface & data analysis — define functional requirements for interfaces (e.g. SWIFT, AML/sanctions screening, accounting/GL, limits & collateral, FX), data migration mappings and reconciliation rules.

• Testing & quality — author and review functional test scenarios, support SIT/UAT, triage defects, and own functional sign-off and exit criteria.

• Stakeholder management — facilitate workshops with bank business, operations, compliance and technology stakeholders; manage scope, decisions log, RAID and traceability; present to functional SteerCos.

• Regulatory & compliance alignment — ensure solutions reflect trade-specific regulatory, AML/sanctions, and bank policy requirements; align to standards such as URC, UCP, URDG, ISP and ICC rules where relevant.

• Knowledge leadership — act as functional SME and mentor junior BAs; build reusable functional assets, question banks and accelerators.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• 12–15 years in business analysis with significant depth in Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance.

• Experience within an IT / software organisation building or implementing global trade / SCF products (not solely in-bank operations).

• Proven delivery across the full lifecycle — discovery, requirements, solution design, configuration, UAT and go-live.

• Exposure to both cloud and on-premises product implementations.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree; trade finance / banking certifications (e.g. CDCS, CITF, CSDG, CTFP) and/or business-analysis certification (CBAP) are an advantage.

The role

We are looking for someone who sits at the intersection of marketplace and customer operations, ensuring smooth and accurate order processing across TikTok Shop and the LB e-commerce channel. You will manage cancellations, returns, refunds, and inventory accuracy while maintaining precise SAP documentation. Main responsibilities :

Main Purpose of the Job

Ensure availability of materials to fulfill the requirements of the production plans within the agreed cost boundaries.

Strategic:

1) Responsible for the planning activities of raw & packing materials to meet factory production program requirement at accepted & required quality & quantity. 2) Optimize inventory holding costs vs delivery frequency/related costs for major/key materials (Raw & Pack & inclusive non-saleable HALB).

Operational :

To monitor and expedite delivery of materials to ensure timely delivery for production. Highlight in the event of high stock of factory's related materials due to drop in demand forecast or low inventory stock with sudden surge in demand.

Manage exceptions & Follow up with relevant stakeholders on corrective and preventive actions :-

a) Quality non conformance – liaison with QO team on estimated release, salvaging method and recovery plans & liaise with Procurement team on supplier performance improvement.

b) Material shortfalls – review on the delivery plan and reschedule recovery based on next arrival date with liaison with Procurement team where need be.

Key Outputs

1. Create an optimized replenishment plan for raw and packaging materials over an 18 month horizon that ensures supply of material to production whilst ensuring that the working capital targets for raw and packaging materials are met; Liaison with MPS planner & production on weekly production program during WPR.
2. Monitors supply signals through the use of MRP purchase requisitions ensuring delivery dates, lead times and required quantities are correct and finally creating purchase orders and ensuring their fulfillment by the supplier.
3. Manages directly with the defined supplier the delivery of materials including creating, sending, confirming, receiving, investigating errors and discrepancies on blocked or parked invoice lines and handling all exceptions in those operations, including claims management; Manage deliveries to ensure minimum detention & demurrage charges and to liaise with warehouse team with a mindset towards avoiding these charges.
4. Define the stock policy and management approach to be applied to each SKU within their portfolio; Housekeeping in SAP to ensure Healthcheck targets are met and also to sustain and upkeep on material master data integrity relating to MRP planning.

Job Scope

• Regional Operations Coordination: Oversee daily order collections and deliveries across APJ country teams
• Maintain Daily TAT reports and proactively identify shipment delays.
• Follow up with country teams on outstanding collections and deliveries.
• Communicate shipment updates and service disruptions to client in a timely manner.
• Verify PODs, collection details, and supporting photos for discrepancies.
• Raise discrepancies to country teams and ensure corrections are made.
• Maintain organised and audit-ready records.
• Respond to (Request for Quotation) RFQ queries within agreed SLA.
• Coordinate with country teams to prepare costings.
• Independently prepare Australia quotations for non-regional and standard requests.
• Verify monthly billing reports and update Local Service Provider (LSP) cost records.
• Conduct detailed invoice verification, especially for Australia accounts.
• Respond to operational queries (order status, delivery details, escalations).
• Report data discrepancies to IT and follow through until rectified.
• Ensure accuracy of operational data (POD dates, asset quantity, etc.).

Requirement

• Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or other relevant discipline
• 1 – 3 years of relevant work experience in Supply Chain / Logistics field

• Responsible for on-time supply chain manufacturing execution via daily monitoring of loading releases and output of products via reference to company quarterly targets.

This is a non-traditional Supply Chain Finance Manager role requiring a distinctive blend of finance, supply chain, industrial operations, and digital transformation expertise. The role acts as a bridge across finance, supply chain, agriculture (source), and industrial operations, with a focus on commodity risk management, capital governance, finance systems transformation, analytics, and decision support.

Responsibilities:
Commodity Risk Management

• Educate and influence senior stakeholders to embrace and support the adoption of the Commodity Risk Management Programme.
• Lead month-end close activities in relation to commodity accounting, hedge evaluation and reporting.
• Proactively partner with procurement to identify risk and opportunities for covered and uncovered commodities and establish program to mitigate inflation risk associated with Commodities (oil, metal, raw materials, paper, plastic).
• Ensure and maintain full hedge accounting compliance and application of IFRS 9.
• Perform Commodity Price Forecast, supporting with insights and analysis.
• Act as a key point of contact for commodity risk management between internal parties (procurement, corporate finance, division finance, internal audit) and external parities (external audit and consultants.).

Capital / Asset Management

• Drive CAPEX governance across source sites and commercial units in conjunction with Engineering. 
• Setting up of new CAPEX forecast and management system enhancing forecast accuracy (+/- 5%).
• Periodic validation of Fixed Asset register in Source Sites.
• Adherence of accounting policies for provisions/accruals for Asset write-off.

Finance Systems & Digital Transformation

• Lead digital transformation initiatives across supply chain & procurement finance.
• Build dashboards and reporting tools from scratch using Power BI with ongoing improvements.
• Lead forecast simplification projects, including Hyperion standardization, data analytics, and visualization tools.
• Establish KPI frameworks and scorecards in supply chain/procurement finance.
• Conduct root cause analysis on ocean freight and logistics cost drivers.

Business Partnering

• Partner with functional stakeholders across source locations, procurement and operations.
• Drive adoption of systems and processes across regions.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor and/or Masters degree in at least two of the following disciplines: Finance, Engineering, Technology, or Information Technology. Masters degree is preferred.
• Relevant experience in Supply Chain Finance with exposure to agriculture and industrial operations
• Understanding of ocean freight and supply chain cost drivers
• Highly proficient in Power BI with experience building dashboards
• Proven track records in digital transformation initiatives
• Strong KPI management and root cause analysis capability
• Excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills
• Ability to travel to rural locations at least 20% of the time

Job Summary:

• Focus on Project Management on 3PL implementation and tender processing

• The role spans end to end supply chain transformation, ensuring optimized logistics networks, efficient warehouse operations, improved KPI measurements and robust delivery models that elevate service levels and customer experience

Job Scope:

Strategic & Cross Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Regional and Country Supply Chain leaders to translate strategic RTM direction into executable project plans.
• Facilitate alignment across Quality, Regulatory, Commercial, Finance, Procurement, and IT during RTM and logistics transitions.
• Serve as the liaison with external 3PL/4PL partners during design, implementation, and stabilization stages.

Transformation Route to Market Projects

• Lead assessments of current country logistics models, identifying gaps and recommending optimized RTM frameworks.
• Drive logistics tendering processes (RFI/RFP/RFQ), vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, and onboarding of logistics partners.
• Develop transport and warehousing operating models that balance service performance, cost efficiency, and scalability.

Project Management:

• Own project charters, timelines, governance structures, and risk management plans.
• Track progress rigorously using structured PM methodologies (PMP/Prince2 is good to have).
• Provide transparent updates, dashboards, milestone tracking, and escalation management to leadership.
• Ensure projects meet cost, service, quality, compliance, and timeline commitments

Job Requirement:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain & Logistics, Business Administration with minimum 3 years’ work experience in Supply Chain, Logistics or Project management within Nutrition/Healthcare/Pharma industry
• Proven experience in project management for Warehouse/DC setup or transitions, Logistics outsourcing or 3PL management, Transport network optimization and Route to Market transformation
• Experience working with 3PL/4PL providers and logistics contract management.
• Understanding of country level supply chain operations, ideally in APAC
• Experience in change management, stakeholder alignment, and cross functional leadership.
• Familiarity with CI tools (Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC)
• Analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and related tools
