Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong expertise in IT infrastructure operations in enterprise or regulated environments.
• Hands‑on expertise with:Windows Server (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, file/print, clustering)Linux (RHEL or equivalent) administration and scriptingMicrosoft Azure (VMs, VNets, NSGs, Storage, Azure AD/Entra ID, Azure Backup, Azure Monitor)Hybrid cloud environments, VPN/ExpressRoute, identity integration, Microsoft 365
• DevOps tools and practices, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Familiarity with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS) is a plus.
• Strong focus on automation, monitoring, observability, and alerting.
• MAS or financial regulatory environments is an advantage.
• Excellent problem‑solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

They bring solid expertise in Windows and Linux system administration, Microsoft Azure, networking, and security operations, with the ability to work with L2/L3 incidents, perform RCA and ensure high availability, performance, and compliance. The candidate is capable in handling cybersecurity incidents, patching, monitoring, and operational governance under ITIL standards.
