Role Summary

The Infrastructure Project Manager is responsible for end‑to‑end delivery of a large‑scale, highly critical infrastructure program spanning on‑premises, security, monitoring and ITSM platforms. • Prepare clear, executive‑level updates and dashboards for Steering Committee meetings, focusing on scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and decision points.

Required Skills and Experience

• 10–15 years of proven experience managing large‑scale, mission‑critical infrastructure projects or programs in complex enterprise environments.

Role Overview

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field

• 1–4 years of experience in IT infrastructure, system integration, or deployment

• Hands-on experience in networking, servers, or end-user environments

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly/monthly sales and management reports
• Analyze sales, pricing, GM, inventory & AR aging
• Support budgeting, forecasting & long-term planning
• Prepare purchase and overhead analysis reports
• Coordinate HFM/Hyperion reporting and financial schedules
• Support Power BI reporting and ERP system updates
• Participate in process improvement and business projects

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in MNC environment
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Experience with Hyperion/HFM and ERP systems
• Power BI knowledge is an advantage
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred

• Manufacturing industry exposure is a plus
• Knowledge of IFRS and reporting processes
