Role Overview:
As
a Senior Agentic AI Product Manager, you will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of
advanced AI-driven products with a strong focus on autonomous, agentic systems.
You will bridge business strategy, product vision, and technical execution to
deliver scalable, impactful AI solutions that drive organizational success in
complex environments.
Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Leadership:
- Define and drive the
strategic vision and roadmap for agentic AI products, ensuring alignment
with overarching business goals and market needs.
- Lead cross-functional teams
to prioritize features and capabilities that enhance AI autonomy,
scalability, and user impact.
- Own product lifecycle
management from ideation through launch, iteration, and
optimization.
AI & Data Science Product Oversight:
- Collaborate closely with AI
researchers, data scientists, and engineers to translate cutting-edge AI
advancements into viable, user-centric products.
- Ensure robust integration of
autonomous AI agents, machine learning models, and analytics pipelines
into product offerings.
- Oversee performance
monitoring, continuous learning, and improvement of deployed AI
systems.
Stakeholder & Agile Management:
- Act as both product owner and
agile facilitator, coordinating sprint planning, backlog grooming, and
release management.
- Foster transparent
communication between stakeholders, engineering teams, customers, and
leadership to align expectations and deliverables.
- Use Agile methodologies and
tools like Jira to streamline workflows and enhance team
productivity.
User-Centered Design & Business Impact:
- Analyze customer needs and
market trends to shape product features that deliver measurable business
value.
- Define success metrics, risk
management strategies, and KPIs to track product performance and
adoption.
- Advocate for data-driven
decision-making and continuous feedback loops with end users.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Mentor and empower product
teams to innovate and deliver high-quality AI solutions.
- Promote best practices in AI
ethics, data governance, and product compliance.
- Cultivate a culture of
experimentation, learning, and agile responsiveness.
Technology & Infrastructure Partnership:
- Collaborate with
infrastructure and MLOps teams to ensure scalable, secure, and efficient
AI product deployments.
- Drive adoption of CI/CD
pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring tools specific to AI product
workflows.
- Ensure adherence to data
privacy regulations, security standards, and industry best
practices.
Qualifications
Experience:
- 7+ years of product
management experience focused on AI, machine learning, or advanced data
science products.
- Proven success managing
complex AI/ML product launches in high-stakes industries such as
cybersecurity, finance, or healthcare is highly desirable.
Skills:
- Deep understanding of AI
methodologies including autonomous agents, machine learning frameworks
(e.g., PyTorch), and statistical modeling.
- Strong technical fluency in
Python and data science architectures, with familiarity in DevOps and
MLOps practices.
- Expertise in Agile product
management with hands-on experience in tools like Jira and CI/CD
pipelines.
Leadership & Communication:
- Exceptional leadership
abilities with a demonstrated track record as a Product Manager and Agile
facilitator.
- Strong problem-solving,
organizational, and interpersonal communication skills to lead
cross-functional teams and engage stakeholders.
Certifications:
- Certifications such as PMP,
CSM, or equivalent Agile/Product Management credentials are a plus.
