The Head Chef is the conductor of the culinary backstage. You are responsible for designing a menu that is "gig-friendly"—efficient, delicious, and profitable. JOB SCOPE

• The Manager will be leading a team of Assistant Managers, Captains, Cashiers and Service Attendants
