Job Requirements:
· Educational Qualifications
o Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, Business, or related fields.
· Experience
o 1–3years of relevant marketing communications or digital marketing experience.
· Skills/Qualifications
o Strong English and Chinese writing and editing skills
o Basic copywriting experience for digital and print platforms
o Working knowledge of digital and marketing tools:
· Socialmedia platforms: Instagram, Facebook, Youtube
· Analytics:Google Analytics / platform insights
· Designtools: Canva, Adobe InDesign/Illustrator (advantage)
· Content Management Systems (CMS): WordPress or similar
o Strong organizational and time management skills
o Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
o Detail-oriented with strong coordination abilities
o Comfortable working with agencies and cross-functional teams
o Creative, proactive, and open tolearning
o Team player with good interpersonal skills
o Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word,Excel, PowerPoint)
Key Responsibilities:
· Marketing
o Support the development and execution of marketing communication strategies aligned with corporate branding guidelines
o Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing touchpoints (digital, print,events, internal communications)
o Assist in brand-building and awareness initiatives
o Create, edit, and manage marketing content including:
· Website and landing page content
· Social media posts
· EDMs
· Marketing collateral (brochures, posters, presentations etc)
o Support publicity of college and school events from planning to execution
o Photo and video taking for college and school events
o Support content planning and posting schedules for social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, Youtube)
· Assist with digital marketing initiatives such as SEO-friendly content, paid ads, and performance tracking
· Monitor engagement, comments, and basic analytics, and prepare performance reports
· Explore new social media channels for college publicity
o Liaise with different stakeholders of the website and update information regularly
o Liaise with students and alumni for testimonies and student life activities for publicity purposes
o Maintain databases of alumni, and external organizations
o Liaise with agencies, designers, printers, and production vendors
· Recruitment
o Handle inquiries via phone, emails, text messages, social media, and walk-ins
· General
o Support main reception line whenever required
o Any other duties as directed by the Manager of the Business Office
