Job Summary

The Network Infrastructure & Security Engineer will be responsible for the design, deployment, operation, and optimization of our network infrastructure, including routers, switches and firewalls. This includes supporting external vendors to deploy network assets and taking over control and maintenance from vendors from day 2 onwards. The role shall also be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining cybersecurity policies and controls to protect systems and data from evolving threats. A strong understanding of networking principles, cybersecurity frameworks, and a passion for staying ahead of emerging threats are essential.

Solution Sourcing and Strategy

• Research, evaluate, and recommend new cybersecurity and network solutions to enhance our security posture and network capabilities.

Vendor Management & Solution Deployment Oversight

• Manage and coordinate with external vendors throughout the lifecycle of solution deployment, from selection to post implementation review.

• Oversee the successful integration of new solutions into the existing infrastructure.

Post Deployment Maintenance & Operations

• Perform ongoing maintenance, configuration, and optimization of network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers) and security systems (IDS/IPS, SIEM, EDR, antimalware, vulnerability scanners).
• Monitor network and system activity for suspicious behavior, security incidents, and unauthorized access, taking prompt action as needed.
• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security audits to identify and address weaknesses post deployment.
• Develop and implement incident response plans, leading efforts to contain, eradicate, and recover from cyberattacks.

Job Requirements:

As a Social Health Worker / Integrated Care Practitioner, you will work with families not just at the level of individual needs, but across the parent-child relationship, family environment, and preschool setting. Job Requirements

1.      PhD in a quantitative discipline (e.g.,Computer Science/Engineering, Statistics/Biostatistics, Bioinformatics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Operations Research, Physics) or equivalent.

2.      At least one year’s technical experience in analytics or data science, with prior exposure to healthcare data and large-scale, real-world health datasets (e.g., registries, claims, omics, wearable data).

3.      Experience in managing metadata repositories, developing data dictionaries and catalogues, and maintaining semantic documentation to support data governance and standards development.

4.      Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL, with experience in big-data frameworks (e.g., Spark/Scala, PySpark).

5.      Strong expertise in machine learning and model development; experience in deep learning and advanced analytical methods (e.g. causal inference, survival modelling, latent class analysis, omics analytics) preferred.

6.      Strong understanding of the OMOP Common Data Model, including CDM tables, relationships, and vocabulary conventions, with familiarity with standardised vocabularies such as SNOMED, LOINC, RxNorm, ICD10-AM, CPT, and NDC.

Support finance operations and Project Fusion system migration across key accounting functions including AP, AR, GL, reporting, payments, audit, and tax. The role also involves data migration, validation, and coordination with regional finance teams to ensure accurate and timely financial processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Project Fusion across OTC, PTM, STP, and RTR finance processes
• Assist in finance data migration including extraction, validation, reconciliation, and documentation
• Coordinate with regional finance teams for data collection and clarification
• Support system testing, issue tracking, and resolution during migration
• Handle Accounts Payable (invoice processing, verification, posting, vendor reconciliation)
• Manage Accounts Receivable activities including billing, collections, and reconciliation
• Perform General Ledger postings and month-end closing activities
• Support financial and management reporting
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of accounting transactions
• Process payments and perform payment verification and follow-up
• Assist auditors by preparing schedules and supporting documents
• Support tax-related data preparation and coordination with advisors
• Assist in year-end closing and process improvement initiatives
• Perform ad-hoc finance and reporting tasks as required
