Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and feedback in our system. Updating client information and ensuring data integrity to facilitate effective communication and relationship management.

Administrative tasks such as Answer incoming calls professionally, direct calls to the appropriate staff members; Sort and distribute incoming mail and emails; Order and maintain office supplies and equipment, ensure the office environment is clean and organized; Stamps arrangements; Receive and send the packages and Express delivery.

Apply work passes and Issue clients’ passes, OED submission and other related works.

Assist with invoicing, billing, and expense tracking, accounts Receivable and assist with budget preparation.

Responsible for opening corporate bank accounts for clients, maintaining banking relationships, and handling both digital banking and physical banking services.

Assisting in the onboarding process for new clients by collecting necessary documentation, explaining our services, and guiding them through the initial setup procedures.
•
Responsible for assisting clients with applications for Permanent Residency (PR), citizenship, and visa renewals, explaining required documents, and coordinating closely with clients throughout the process.
•
Responsible for preparing and submitting monthly CPF contributions for clients, as well as handling related documentation such as pay slips and employment verification letters.
Requirements: Proficient in both Chinese and English, patient, eager to learn, and highly self-motivated.
