What You’ll Do:

Audit & Assurance:

• Participate in audit planning, risk assessments, and analytical reviews across various industries.
• Execute audits, document findings, and communicate issues clearly to managers and partners.
• Prepare audit reports with recommendations for improvements.
• Compile annual financial statements per Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
• Handle special audits and other assurance services (e.g., compilations).

Accounting & Tax Compliance:

• Prepare full sets of accounts, including monthly/quarterly reports and GST filings.
• Prepare corporate and individual tax computations, and submit accurate tax returns.
• Liaise with clients on accounting and tax matters and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
• Prepare statutory financial statements per SFRS.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in audit, tax & accounting
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Hardworking, adaptable, and eager to learn
• Meticulous, deadline-driven, and able to multi-task
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience with CCH ProSystem fx Engagement; Xero or similar audit software is an advantage

Our client is a Singapore-based public accounting firm offering audit, tax, and advisory services as part of a global professional network.

Job Scope:

• Conduct ongoing compliance and independence monitoring in line with ACRA’s Code of Ethics and firm policies.
• Manage annual compliance confirmations, declarations, and tracking of regulatory adherence.
• Identify compliance risks, propose preventive actions, and stay updated on regulatory changes.
• Support implementation and documentation of the System of Quality Management (SoQM) under SSQM 1.
• Design, monitor, and evaluate SoQM controls, policies, and remediation processes.
• Enhance firm-wide compliance, risk management, and audit quality frameworks.
• Provide technical guidance on audit methodology, professional standards, and quality matters.
• Review issues from internal inspections, recommend corrective actions, and improve audit tools and protocols.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline;
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in audit, compliance, or technical accounting.

Job Scope

• Handle full set of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and schedules in a timely manner.
• Monitor and process invoices, payments, and receipts to ensure proper documentation and authorization.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

2. Check and verify documents in SmartFix
3. Post all invoices and tax invoices to SAP
4. Follow up on INAP SIIM
5. Assist with IDS payments/Swift payment
6. Reconcile FEBAN (Bank Statements)
7. Prepare monthly listings of sales tax invoices for Trading Goods (TG) and Customer Services (CS)
8. Daily check price settings
9. Handling transaction invoices for BSH Hausgeräte GmbH and Robert Bosch GmbH

- To assist the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) team in:

- Deal Sourcing, Evaluation and Structuring

- Preparation of teasers and information memorandum

- Data analytics tasks related to trend analysis / modelling

- Client relationship matters – Meetings with company founders / Investment Bankers / C-suite executives.

- Creation of videos and video-editing skills for presentations.

· Handle full spectrum of Corporate Secretarial work and attend to clients on all corporate secretarial matters

1. Audit professional with one or more of the following qualifications:

1.1 Bachelor degree in Accounting;

1.2 Possess CA Singapore Qualifications will be an advantage;

1.3 Possess other professional accountancy qualifications from recognized accountancy bodies that

are recognized in Singapore including ACCA / ICAEW /Singapore CA/ CPA Australia or equivalent;

2. Big 4 audit experience preferred. Candidates from the mid-tier audit firms will be considered.

3. Minimum of 5 years in auditing with at least 1 year in a supervisory role and currently working in the

audit profession preferred.

4. Knowledge and competent to handle all auditing areas and the International Financial Reporting

Standards and the Singapore Financial Reporting Standards. Knowledge and experience of US

Generally Accepted Accounting Principles will be an advantage.

5. Required language: Fluent in verbal and written English.

6. Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

7. Salary commensurate with work experience in auditing.

8. Able to start at short notice will be an advantage.
