Job Summary:
The Store Manager is responsible for the overall operations and profitability of the outlet. This role involves leading the team, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining operational standards, managing inventory and finances, and driving sales performance. The Store Manager will act as the primary decision-maker, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management: Oversee daily store opening and closing procedures; ensure all equipment is in good working condition and report maintenance issues promptly.
Financial & Inventory Control: Manage cash handling, sales reconciliation, and banking procedures; monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock takes, and manage ordering to minimize waste and control costs.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and schedule staff; conduct performance reviews; motivate the team to achieve sales and service targets; address any staff grievances or performance issues.
Customer Service: Ensure all customers receive a warm welcome and high-quality service; handle escalated guest complaints and feedback professionally to ensure satisfaction.
Compliance: Ensure the store complies with all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety policies (e.g., WSQ, HACCP standards) ; maintain a safe and secure environment for both staff and customers .
Requirements:
Diploma or equivalent in Hospitality Management, F&B, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of F&B management experience, with proven leadership capabilities.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and financial acumen.
Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays .
