Job Responsibilities

a)      IT Operations & Technical Support

• Maintain accurate inventory records of all IT hardware and software assets.
• Manage procurement, deployment, tracking, and lifecycle replacement of IT equipment.
• Ensure proper documentation of IT assets including warranties, licenses, and maintenance contracts.
• Implement and maintain IT security policies, access controls, and system monitoring practices.
• Ensure antivirus, patching, and system updates are properly maintained.
• Support data backup and disaster recovery procedures.
• Ensure compliance with internal IT governance policies.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in property management, real estate, or multi-site operations.
• Exposure to systems such as lease managementsystems, building management systems (BMS), or tenant management platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 environment.
