Job Description

You will Designs, troubleshoots software programmer for software enhancements and new products. Develop software tools including operating systems, compilers, routers, networks, utilities, databases and Internet-related tools. Determine hardware compatibility or influence hardware design.

You will report to Engineering manager and follow a Hybrid working schedule in Singapore.

Your Responsibilities:

• You will require a good background in communication protocol firmware development and real-time control systems.

• You will help design embedded software subsystems. These subsystems will increase and balance a variety of goals. The goals include run-time performance, memory requirements, simplicity, correctness, development time, effort, reusability, extendibility, reliability, and safety.

• You will need to maximise the reuse of existing internal or external software components to shorten the product development cycle.

• You will Have knowledge in Industrial Automation, PLC Programming

• You will Have Experience programming 32 bits Microcontroller (ARM) and developing low-level device driver.

• Industrial Communication Protocol: CIP, or EtherNet/IP

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• Degree / master's in computer science/ Embedded Systems / Computer Engineering / Electrical Electronic Engineering with concentration in Embedded Software engineering

• Minimum 4+ years of experience developing Real-time Embedded Systems.

• Knowledge in programming language: C, C++

• You have certification in CERT Secure Coding in C and C++

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

• You have Experience using different hardware-assisted debugging tools

• You have Experience of Agile process, static analysis tool and version control tools (e.g. ClearCase, Rational Team Concert) will be an advantage

The Job  

As the Sales Administration Executive, you will assume a pivotal role within the Sales department, playing a critical part in overseeing administrative operations to ensure the flawless execution of the entire sales cycle. Reporting directly to the General Manager, APAC excluding China, you will champion best practices and strive to achieve departmental performance metrics and revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Sales reps in strategising retailer account planning and development, actively contributing to the attainment of departmental KPIs and revenue goals

• Oversee daily order processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness and maintaining effective communication with distributors and retailers, regarding their order specifications

• Address sales inquiries from clients across APAC, offering top-notch customer support and solutions

• Lead the creation of comprehensive sales quotations, invoices, and meticulous maintenance of sales records, customer payments, and delivery tracking reports

• Ensure the systematic and accurate upkeep of product and customer information within the company's database

• Coordinate closely with the Logistics Department to streamline product picking, packing, and shipping, guaranteeing on-time deliveries that meet customer expectations

• Partner with the Sales team to spearhead the planning and execution of sales promotions and campaigns designed to achieve set project targets

• Maintain sell-through data from distributors and retail partners, to provide proactive sales and sales operations support

• Proactively identify prospective opportunities for Sales reps, driving business expansion

• Cultivate, deliver and nurture enduring, high-value customer relationships with retailers, consistently delivering exceptional customer service

• Remain vigilant regarding emerging industry trends, market shifts, new product innovations, and competitor activities, providing timely insights and recommendations to the company for strategic responses
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in a sales operations or sales support role, preferably in a consumer product company selling directly to large international retailers

• Resilient and agile, quick to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic, sales-driven environment

• Highly meticulous and organised

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with effective time management skills

• Good presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal

• Proficient in MS Office and Excel Software

• Knowledge of the collectibles / toy industry, and urban culture would be a plus

Job Summary

This role is responsible for the smooth execution of treasury operations, accurate transaction processing, and adherence to internal controls. As and when required, the role supports the Assistant Manager in bank account management, loan management and reporting

Key Responsibilities

1. Treasury operations

a) Monitor and update daily cash balances

b) Administer database of bank accounts of vendors on accounting system and online banking portals

c) Execute payments in accordance with company’s approval policies:

i) Routine payments to vendors based on aging profile and cut-off time

ii) Adhoc payments

iii) Monthly funding for subsidiaries, including FX transactions

iv) Payments on behalf of affiliates

v) Capital calls for investments

vi) Invoicing for intercompany management fees

d) Support the Assistant Manager in providing insights into cash flow drivers, segregated by nature of transactions, frequency, vendor

e) Manage payment process

i) Manage communication with vendors on payments

ii) Liaise and manage internal stakeholders’ payment requests and escalate urgent payments to Assistant Manager and Treasurer

2. Accounting

a) Input journal entries for executed payments and bank charges

3. Secondary responsibilities for support

a) Bank account management

b) Loan management

Qualifications & Experience

▪ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Commerce, or related field is advantageous

▪ Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

▪ Strong knowledge of accounts payable and banking operations

▪ Advanced Excel skills

▪ Good to have working experience with Dynamics 365

▪ Possess good communication and interpersonal skills of coordinating with internal departments

▪ Attention to detail, meticulous and a good team player who can adapt to a dynamic work

environment and collaborate effectively across department
