The aerospace defense communication team is looking for a senior engineer / GTM / product management lead for signal monitoring, direction finding and FieldFox program. 

You'll interface with many cross-functional partners from R&D, product management, worldwide sales,  and global / regional marketing, our team is across globe. this is an exciting opportunity for anyone who likes to be working in signal intelligence, RF/MW field test and direction finding area.

Responsibilities

• Provide business development and application support for signal monitoring hardware and software (KSMS), FieldFox RF/MW analyzer and direction finding applications.
• As application specialist to support various business opportunities in ADGS, especially in signal intelligence, electronic intelligence, drone detection, GNSS resilience, and AI/ML waveform classification
• Working with global sales team to identify lead, meet with customer, structure solution and track opportunity progress, and help sales team to close the business.

Qualifications

• Electric and electronic engineering degree
• This is senior position, you must have minimum 10 year experience in the following spaces: spectrum monitoring, spectrum management, direction finding, electronic warfare, public safety communication, GNSS and satellite communication.
• Deep application knowledge in one or more of the following areas: RF/MW, spectrum analysis, RF signal generation, signal monitoring, software defined radio technologies.  
• Experience of managing strategic and large accounts
• Able to travel > 30%

Desired qualifications

• Full stack spectrum management experience from physical layer /RF to demodulation and protocol layers (4G (LTE), 5G NR, WiFi, public safety radio, satellite communications, GNSS etc..)

Responsibilities/Requirements:

• Full architectural Bach/Master's degree recognized by Board of Architects Singapore
• Creative design thinking and good design detailing skills
• Competency in BIM/Revit, ArchiCAD
• Successful applicants may be assigned multiple project responsibilities with project team on large projects in commercial, residential, healthcare, infrastructure etc
