Job Description:

• Maintain full sets of accounts for the holding company and assigned subsidiaries in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)
• Prepare and review all companies’ monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Professional qualification such as CA Singapore, ACCA, CPA Australia, or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience, preferably within a group or multi-entity environment, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity
• Strong knowledge of SFRS, Singapore tax framework, and IRAS compliance requirements
• Familiarity with ACRA statutory requirements and corporate governance practices
• Hands-on experience with accounting and payroll systems (e.g., MYOB, QuickBooks, Timesoft, WhyzeHR)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of 4 finance staff, providing mentorship, direction, and performance evaluation.

• Oversee full-spectrum accounting functions, ensuring accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing processes for both local Singapore operations and an overseas subsidiary.

• Review journal entries and reconciliation schedules, ensuring financial records are complete, accurate, and aligned with Singapore FRS/IFRS standards.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 6–8 years of relevant accounting or finance experience, preferably within a regional or multinational environment.

Requirements

The Senior Manager, SSC Service Delivery – PTP is accountable for the end‑to‑end governance, control, and service delivery of Purchase‑to‑Pay including Travel & Expense operations across the Group. The role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant processing of vendor invoices, payments, while driving standardization, control discipline, and continuous improvement across outsourced and in-house PTP teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. PTP Service Delivery & Operations

• Provide end‑to‑end oversight of the PTP process, including invoice processing, credit notes, vendor master data, payment runs, and exception management
• Ensure PTP activities are delivered in accordance with agreed SLAs, KPIs, and service quality standards

• Invoice Processing

Process and verify invoices accurately and promptly for healthcare-related purchases and services, including medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, equipment, outsourced services, and operational expenses. Ensure invoices are properly coded, approved, and entered into the accounting system in accordance with company policies and finance procedures. Match invoices against purchase orders, contracts, and receiving documents while resolving discrepancies with relevant stakeholders.

• Vendor Management

Maintain and update vendor records, including onboarding new healthcare vendors and service providers. Liaise with vendors regarding payment inquiries, invoice discrepancies, and outstanding issues while ensuring compliance with vendor agreements, contractual terms, and payment schedules.

• Payment Processing
