A public listed corporation, our client is a global leader in the design, building, and operation of data centers. They are currently looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join their growing corporation.
As part of a 4-man team, the Assistant Property Manager will be responsible for both financial and operational functions, including the preparation of purchase orders (POs) and contracts, as well as tenant and facilities management. Reporting to the Property Manager, the incumbent will assist to offload the administrative and office management duties such as procurement of office supplies, booking of amenities as well as assisting in the meeting of minutes.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess at least a Degree in Real Estate/Business Management/ Finance/ Accounting/ Admin or related fields
- Minimum 2 year(s) of working experience in facility/property management within commercial setting
- Strong communication skills in both English & Mandarin is required to communicate with Chinese speaking vendors/tenants
