- Manage project support activities and key milestones
- Monitor project financials and relevant processes
- Manage billing and payment collection
- Manage the digital e-services available on the website and app
Turning Data into Insights
- Manage reports and dashboards for management update
- Analyze trends to spot issues, opportunities, and improvement areas
Supporting Projects & Teams
- Support the management team with project coordination and day‑to‑day tasks
- Work with internal and cross‑functional teams to ensure deliverables are aligned and on schedule
Governance and Process Improvement
- Provide support on billing processes
- Develop and ensure timely update of SOPs that support the business
- Contribute ideas that improve processes, controls, and ways of working
What You’ll Need:
Experience
· 3 years of experience in relevant scope of work
· Strong IT and system capability, with experience developing dashboards, tools, and digital solutions that support business operations
· Proven leadership and influencing skills, with ability to drive change across diverse team
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
· Familiarity with workplace tools (e.g. MS excel, MS powerpoint, Power BI, CRM systems)
