Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for defining data tracking solutions for the company's various business products and organizing relevant data tracking documentation.

2. Liaise with business departments to gain an in-depth understanding of reporting and data analysis requirements; independently conduct data requirement analysis, logic sorting, task breakdown and data development implementation. Oversee the development, maintenance and optimization of business report data to provide fast and accurate data support for BI.

3. Implement data warehouse optimization and data governance initiatives based on the current status of the data warehouse.

Qualifications:

1. At least 0-3 years of experience in big data development; bachelor’s degree or above, with a major in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science or related fields preferred.

2. Fluent communication skills in both Chinese and English.

3. Proficient in Spark, Spark SQL and Hive SQL, with the ability to perform performance tuning.

4. Solid experience in data warehouse modeling and data governance; able to independently design data warehouses and evaluate data warehouse health.

Proficient in at least one commonly used programming language in the big data ecosystem (Python, Scala, Java).

5. Experience with large cloud platforms in the Internet industry (AWS, Azure) and familiarity with their big data-related services is preferred.
