The Senior Grid System Design Engineer is the technical "Gatekeeper" for our BESS pipeline. This role carries dual responsibility: performing the advanced mathematical simulations required for TNB approval and acting as the primary technical auditor for BESS and PPC hardware suppliers.

We're looking for a Senior HR Data Analyst to join our Human Resources team in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will leverage data-driven insights to support strategic HR decision-making and drive organizational effectiveness. You will work closely with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to analyze workforce trends, optimize HR processes, and provide actionable recommendations that enhance our talent management and organizational performance.

• Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive HR dashboards and reports using advanced data visualization tools to track key HR metrics and workforce analytics
• Conduct in-depth statistical analysis of HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to recruitment, retention, compensation, performance, and employee engagement
• Develop and implement HR data models and analytical frameworks to support workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management initiatives
• Collaborate with HR business partners to define data requirements, translate business questions into analytical solutions, and deliver actionable insights
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance by establishing data governance protocols and conducting regular data quality audits
• Create and present executive-level reports and presentations that communicate complex data findings in a clear and compelling manner
• Analyze recruitment metrics, hiring funnel performance, and time-to-fill data to optimize talent acquisition processes
• Support compensation and benefits analysis, including salary benchmarking, equity analysis, and benefits utilization studies
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within HR operations using data-driven recommendations
• Stay current with HR analytics best practices, emerging tools, and industry trends to continuously enhance analytical capabilities

The Global Factory IT team is a global organization that delivers and operates mission critical IT systems, enabling Seagate’s manufacturing operations worldwide. Based at the Woodlands site, our team partners closely with site factory operations, engineering, automation, infrastructure, and global IT teams to ensure 24x7 availability of shopfloor systems, manufacturing execution platforms, and factory data services. We play a key role in driving operational excellence by maintaining high system uptime, enabling efficient WIP flow, and continuously improving reliability, scalability, and automation across factory IT services. About the role - you will:

• Maintain stable, secure, and highly available IT services to support a 24x7 manufacturing environment, ensuring prompt incident resolution
• Partner with operations, engineering, and global IT teams to troubleshoot production impacting issues and implement sustainable fixes
• Drive automation and GenAI adoption by documenting use cases, contributing knowledge artifacts, and enabling self service or AI assisted resolution for recurring issues
• Improve operational resilience through root cause analysis, preventive actions, and continuous service optimization
• Support system changes, upgrades, and new deployments with a strong focus on stability, security, and production impact

Your experience includes:

• 5 to 8+ years' experience in IT infrastructure or systems support
• Windows Client Computer
• Serial Connector Device
• Networking fundamentals (LAN, VLAN, DNS, DHCP)
• Factory or production environments
• Proven work background in supporting 24×7 mission critical systems

Preferred Experience:

• Manufacturing Execution System or factory data platforms
• Manufacturing / high volume factory operations
• Scripting or automation (PowerShell, Python)
• Relevant certifications (Microsoft, ITIL, etc.)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct business requirements analysis for CRM, website, and customer service transformation initiatives by engaging stakeholders across headquarters and schools.
• Perform process mapping and optimisation, identifying inefficiencies and designing improved workflows leveraging AI and self-service capabilities.
• Analyse existing CRM systems, identify capability gaps, and define requirements for AI-enabled customer service features and system integrations.
• Gather and document requirements for internet-facing applications and knowledge management systems, including user stories, functional specifications, and user journeys.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, define KPIs, and support improvements in customer service performance and website usage.
• Produce key documentation including BRDs, functional specifications, process flows, and traceability matrices.
• Support testing and quality assurance, including developing UAT scenarios and validating solutions against business requirements.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, training, and change management to support system adoption and process improvements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of business analysis experience in digital transformation or system modernisation projects
• Experience analysing CRM systems, customer service processes, and internet-facing applications
• Strong knowledge of requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design
• Experience in data analysis, performance metrics, and UX/customer journey mapping
• Understanding of AI/automation technologies, data governance, security, and compliance
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in business analysis tools, documentation, and requirements management
• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, ServiceNow)
• Knowledge of knowledge management systems and information architecture
• Familiarity with Singapore Government Tech Stack and integration frameworks
• Exposure to AI-powered customer service solutions, chatbots, or contact centre operations
• Business analysis certification such as CBAP or CCBA is an advantage.
