ADMIN & GENERAL

1. Monitor budgets and profit & loss reports on a monthly basis to ensure that any variances are analysed and explained during the appropriate meetings.

This is the International Business Director(IBD) role for the AMEA region, based in Dubai. The IBD will look after marketsin the Middle East, Africa and parts of Eastern Europe. The IBD plays acritical role in the global system as the overall relationship owner across theassigned portfolio. This position is accountable for delivering Domino’s annualbudget targets for net store openings and same store sales growth for theirdesignated portfolio. This is a new Relationship Manager (RM) opportunity, as part of the expansion in the Singapore team and we are looking for Senior Relationship Manager (RM) professionals.

Client Relationship Management

- An established network of HNWI/ UHNW clientele with ability to enhance client asset size over time.

Job Description

• Work with Course Leads and Operations team to ensure operational viability and programme effectiveness.

The Programme Manager is part of the Global Competence Platform and acts as a coordinator for one or more Client Programmes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage the Client’s Programme related operational activities 
• Communicate Client requirements and expectations to the network

Programme Set Up

Client’s Communication

• Liaise with the Client on behalf of SGS as single point of contact for day to day SCS activity
• Management of Client’s complaints: Oversight and review of investigative actions carried out by concerned affiliates and communication of investigation results to the Client.
• Liaise with all relevant parties in accordance with the SCS Global procedures for the management any claim or complaint related to the product.

Monitoring of performance

• Monitoring of Auditors’ performance: Check of thoroughness and soundness of action plans proposed by affiliates to improve performance of local auditors. 
• Check of effectiveness of action plan through audit quality review of packages on a random basis.
• Monitoring of affiliate performance: Check and appraisal of action plans proposed by affiliates to improve effectiveness in the execution of the Client’s Programme.
