JOB SUMMARY

This role is responsible for supporting the delivery of integrated marketing strategies and campaigns within Corporate & Investment Bank. The individual will develop marketing strategies to support the Strategic Advisory Group and make recommendations based on an understanding of the business and market dynamics, as well a client needs and insights. The individual will need to align and collaborate with global, product and geographic plans across our network order to drive the most effective outcomes. RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy

• Support the delivery of integrated marketing strategies and campaign to support the Client Coverage Group working in partnership with countries, clusters and product marketing.

• Work closely with business leads to ensure marketing plans are supporting commercial opportunities and effectively position the Bank, our products and capabilities to the clients we serve, and the clients we aspire to bank.

• Identify through data and analytics changes to campaign strategies based on campaign insights and measurement of campaign effectiveness.

• Lead the Affluent Portfolio Growth mandate to drive AUM and revenue uplift at scale across the low touch Priority client base and clients who are yet to be upgraded to Priority, leveraging AI driven engagement, MarTech capabilities (CDP, PEGA RTIM), guided journeys and conversational experiences, without primary reliance on Relationship Managers.

JOB SUMMARY

The Small Business Clients segment in SME Banking within Standard Chartered Bank aims to provide companies with turnover of up to US$25 mil in Singapore a suite of product that meets their financing requirements.

As a Business Development Manager, in addition to providing team support to your counterparts, you will be expected to actively acquire New-to-Bank (NTB) relationships and cross-sell the entire suite of SME Banking products to meet and exceed quarterly sales targets as stipulated in the “Quarterly Scorecard” as well as ensure that the NTBs acquired by yourself consistently comment on how amazing your service is.

JOB SUMMARY

The PRB Specialist, Cash Compensation supports the design, governance and execution of cash compensation programmes across the Bank. The Client Manager is the pivotal relationship in the Client Delivery team responsible for delivering exceptional

Business Partnership

• Provide direct support to the RMs for the assigned client portfolio as follows:

Job Summary

The Payment and Treasury Solutions team (PTS) is accountable for designing, structuring and delivering non-vanilla and bespoke cash management and Treasury solutions to our client base using a range of products within SCB and from external partners, as appropriate.

PTS is a core part of the product management team that is accountable for ensuring that the solutions developed are in compliant with the Bank’s policies and procedures, regulatory framework as well as ensuring that the products and process are in line with market needs and overall strategic product directions.

• Annotate past dues and excesses daily in the portfolio. Ensure excesses/past dues are regularized on time and cash/cheques are released on time. Any exceptions to be highlighted to relevant stakeholders.

• Support Loan Drawdown, Cash Management and Audit Confirmations

• Manage any client related data queries and remediation efforts, including first level escalations on account maintenance activities

• Seek transactional approvals as necessary (i.e. cash, custody) for payments and settlements.

• Attend ASTAR and Documentation related meetings as appropriate and participate in relevant business meetings, forums or committees as required.

• Provide support on other projects assigned i.e. CIB Client Surveys, other business initiatives

Our Ideal Candidate

• 3+ years experience in Financial Institution Banking or other relevant environment

• Exceptional collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in a team

• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written with ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels both internal and external

• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, operate with a sense of urgency and deliver to tight deadlines

• Well organised with strong ability to prioritise effectively

• Client focused mindset with demonstrated success in building strong client relationships and/or engaging and servicing clients effectively

• Understanding of client delivery processes and adherence to standards and controls
