• Oversee brand‑aligned content and assets in collaboration with Corporate Marketing.
• Represent the hotel at industry events and within the local market to build profile and reputation.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, company policies and governance requirements.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.

• Ensure reliability, scalability, and data integrity

• Reduce technical debt, rework, and key-person dependency

3. Service Delivery Excellence (Payroll& Benefits)

• Deliver industry-leading payroll accuracy and SLA performance
• Standardise SOPs and strengthen operational controls
• Improve onboarding efficiency and escalation governance

4. Operational Integration & Risk

• Align Product, Technology, and Operations under a unified operating model
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks early
• Protect service quality while enabling growth

5. Margin & Efficiency

• Improve cost-to-serve through automation and process optimisation
• Increase transparency of gross margin drivers
• Build scalable infrastructure to support sustainable expansion

Requirements:

• 10+ years in HR tech-enabled services, SaaS + managed services, or fintech operations
• End-to-end ownership of product strategy and execution (from problem definition to delivery and iteration)
• Experience operating in less structured, scaling environments where they need to define processes, not just follow them
• Strong commercial and operational thinking, beyond just product optimisation
