THKMC is the charitable arm of Thye Hua Kwan Moral Society, which lives by the mission - To Serve Mankind - to help anyone who needs help regardless of their race, religion, colour, language, creed and culture. THKMC today serves more than 70,000 beneficiaries through more than 70 programmes across five Services, which include Disability, Early Intervention for Children, Family, Seniors' Community, and Therapy.

About the Project

Resource Impactz is partnering with a government initiative and an innovative Gen AI mobile app company to empower caregivers and elderly individuals. This programme focuses on using interactive mobile applications and game-based activities to support cognitive engagement and help combat dementia.

Role Overview

We are seeking passionate and responsible individuals to join us as Facilitators. You will guide elderly participants and caregivers in learning and using a Gen AI mobile application designed to improve cognitive health through engaging activities.

This role is ideal for freelancers or individuals looking to dedicate part of their time to meaningful community work.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate 3-hour sessions for elderly participants and caregivers
• Guide users in navigating and using the mobile application
• Support participants in engaging with cognitive games and activities
• Create a positive, patient, and encouraging learning environment
• Assist with basic troubleshooting and participant queries
• Provide feedback on participant engagement and programme effectiveness

Training & Support

Director / Assistant Director, Operations

Role Purpose

Accountable for end-to-end mission delivery, service quality, and operational integrity across MTFA’s charitable subsidiaries and mission-anchored social enterprises, ensuring that growth, innovation, and sustainability never compromise care standards, trust, or compliance.

Enterprise Scope

This role has group-wide accountability for charitable subsidiaries, mission-anchored social enterprises (operationally), service quality, safeguarding, compliance-in-practice, and operational readiness for scale (new centres, new services).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise-wide leadership over all charitable services, ensuring consistent service quality, safeguarding, and beneficiary outcomes across entities.

• Establish and enforce group-wide operating principles that protect mission integrity and service excellence at scale.

• Ensure regulatory, licensing, and compliance requirements are fully embedded in day-to-day operations, not merely documented.

• Serve as the primary escalation authority for service failures, safeguarding incidents, and operational or reputational risks.

• Hold operational accountability for mission-anchored social enterprises, ensuring commercial sustainability does not compromise care standards, ethics, or brand trust.

• Lead operational readiness for growth, including new centres, new service lines, and increased beneficiary volumes, with appropriate staffing, workflows, and controls.

• Develop and steward a strong pipeline of mission-driven operational leaders.

• Partner with enterprise leaders across Revenue, Community, and Corporate Services, acting as the final arbiter of operational feasibility in strategic decisions.

Revenue & Sales Strategy

• Own revenue targets and sales execution across APAC markets

• Define and refine the enterprise sales playbook: ICP, segmentation, deal structure, pricing, pilots, expansions

• Set territory strategy and market prioritization (e.g. SG, HK, Korea, Japan, ANZ, SEA)

• Drive disciplined forecasting, pipeline coverage, and deal reviews

Sales Team Leadership

• Build, coach, and manage a team of Account Executives

• Set clear expectations, quotas, and performance management standards

• Lead weekly pipeline reviews, deal strategy sessions, and quarterly planning

• Own sales KPIs, dashboards, and CRM hygiene

• Monitor deal quality, discounting, contract terms, and margin impact

Who You Are

• 8–12+ years of experience in enterprise B2B or SaaS sales, with significant APAC exposure

• Proven track record of closing large enterprise deals and managing long sales cycles

• Experience leading and scaling sales teams for tech startups across multiple countries or markets

• Strong understanding of selling into large BFSI enterprises and the technical requirements for BFSI deals

• Zero-to-one and systems building experience for startups as a versatile sales leader

• Data-driven, incredibly organized, and commercially sharp

• Hands-on leader: comfortable both setting strategy and getting into deals

• Based in APAC with willingness to travel regionally
