A successful Director, Financial Insights & Planning for Base and Balanced Markets (i.e. VN, KH, LA, SIMA and MM) is one who can lead insight generation, planning and performance management for the allocated within the ASEAN & South Pacific (AS) Operating Unit (OU).

Planning, Forecasting & Performance Management

• Lead the end-to-end coordination, consolidation and execution of the Franchise Business Plan, Rolling Estimates, Strategic Business Plan (SBP) and monthly performance routines.
• Analyze forecasts, validate assumptions, and develop forward‑looking scenarios that enable proactive decision-making and target delivery.

We are on a multi-year transformation journey to modernize our network of 19 manufacturing Commercial Product Supply (CPS) Plants. There is a strong requirement to transform the dry part platform solutions to meet the market demand and new ways of operation in CPS. The Automation Manager will be responsible for partnering with CPS global platform team, CPS sites and system integrators to deliver innovative dry part equipment platform solutions following CPS Automation standards and guidelines. In the near term, the role will be heavily focused on Japan greenfield given the amount of automation solutions to be invented, later the role will also be responsible to prove and scale the solutions to other CPS sites.  

Reporting to Sr. director, CPS Automation, this role is to collaborate with CPS central functions, site automation/engineering teams and external technical service providers.  

Being part of the automation COE team, this role is to work closely with the automation director and other COE members to evaluate the latest automation technologies, share best practices, drive standardization across CPS plants and provide technical guidance and support to execute global initiatives in the region and ensure the projects are aligned with global automation strategy. 

Responsibilities: 

1. Lead execution of automation system standards and guidelines in collaboration with external suppliers and CPS internal teams, including but not limited to instrumentation, electrical safety standard, PLC, HMI, and other auxiliary automation solutions within the manufacturing environment. 

2. Play a lead role in consolidating automation system user specifications with site team and ensure the suppliers design and delivery of the systems in line with specifications.  

3. Conduct automation software/hardware FAT (Factory acceptance test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test), IQ, OQ, PQ of the automation systems to ensure performance meets the specifications.  

4. Participate in equipment startup at the sites. 

5. Update specifications based on learnings from start-up as well as based on the technology upgrades available from the supplier or industry.  

6. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications. 

7. Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations. 

Qualifications: 

1. Degree in engineering, preferably Electrical or Electrical and Electronics Engineering. 
2. 5-7 years’ experience in the field of automation/digitalization in a manufacturing facility with experience in design, vendor management, FATs, SATs, system validation and startup.  
3. Experience in managing global projects and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools 
4. Should have detailed Software knowledge of PLC (Rockwell preferred), HMI (Ignition preferred), hands-on experience in production line integration and other digital systems integration (WCS, MES, OEESPC, etc). 
5. Should have detailed Hardware Knowledge of machine electrical safety standard, Control Panel design, Equipment connectivity protocols, robotics, Drives, Vision systems, etc 
6. Should have basic knowledge of OT cyber security requirements and network segmentation

Travel: 25- 50% (both Japan domestically and internationally) 

The role involves travel to suppliers for automation system design reviews and factory acceptance test as well as to other CPS factories for benchmarking. There will be travel to green field locations for design reviews and extended period of travel while supporting new sites during construction, commissioning, and stabilization phase.

The role strengthens system resilience and business continuity by proactively managing risk, ensuring disciplined crisis response, and embedding learnings into standards, capability, and ways of working.

Job description:

• The Senior Manager, IMCR & QSE Systems Assurance is responsible for providing confidence in the effectiveness of QSE systems and for leading incident, crisis, and technical risk governance across the ASP Operating Unit.
• The role integrates system assurance, technical risk management, and incident/crisis resolution to proactively identify, assess, and mitigate QSE risks, and to ensure disciplined, timely, and effective response when incidents occur.
• Acting as mirror GAO auditor for OU
• Acting as a subject matter expert and governance authority, the role strengthens system resilience, protects people, product, brand, and business continuity, and embeds learning into standards, capability, and ways of working.
• Partner with QSE at the regions, QFS marketplace &HSE governance, franchise functions, bottlers, laboratories, corporate and 3rdparty vendors to ensure programs are proactively managed.
• Provide necessary support for other QSE strategic priorities and projects.
• The position reports directly to the Senior Director, QSE for the ASP Operating Unit and is based in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

1. Incident Management & Crisis Resolution (IMCR)

• Lead governance of incident and crisis management across the ASP OU and franchise bottling partners.
• Coordinate notification, escalation, and communication during IMCR activations, ensuring clarity, discipline, and speed.
• Act as the central coordination point during incidents, ensuring timely information flow, decision alignment, and accurate documentation with OU, bottlers, and corporate teams.
• Facilitate crisis calls and ensure consistent execution of IMCR protocols.
• Ensure post-incident reviews are conducted, and learnings are embedded into systems, standards, and risk mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with stakeholder for IMCR refreshment training across the functions

2. QSE Systems Assurance & KORE Governance

• Own and govern QSE systems assurance across the ASP OU, including interpretation, deployment, and ongoing governance of KORE requirements and OU-specific technical standards.
• Ensure QSE requirements are standardized, fit-for-purpose, current, and accessible to bottlers and OU teams.
• Act as the OU focal point for KORE-related updates, ensuring timely communication, alignment, and adoption across markets.
• Represent ASP in Corporate forums related to KORE, system assurance, and governance expectations.

2. GAO Readiness, Assurance & Corrective Action Effectiveness

• Lead GAO audit readiness governance across the OU, acting as an internal assurance partner and coach to QFS leads and bottlers.
• Conduct pre-GAO reviews, targeted gap assessments, and deep dives to assess plant and system readiness.
• Govern corrective action quality and effectiveness, including oversight of CAP timelines, extensions, and closure rigor (execution owned by QFS Directors).
• Analyze GAO findings and trends to assess QSE maturity progression at plant, country, and OU levels and identify systemic improvement priorities.
• Collaborate with Corporate GAO teams on audit mapping, calibration, and governance alignment.

3.Technical Risk Management Framework (TRMF)

• Own and govern deployment of the Technical Risk Management Framework across the ASP Operating Unit.
• Ensure consistent identification, assessment, prioritization, and mitigation of technical risks across raw materials, products, processes, suppliers, and operations.
• Facilitate cross-functional technical risk discussions and ensure risk insights inform strategic planning, including TISC Long-Range Planning (LRP).
• Work closely with QFS, HSE, and supplier leads to ensure critical risks are acted upon promptly and that learnings are shared horizontally across ASP plants.

4.Data, Systems & Knowledge Management

• Maintain accurate, complete, and current IMCR and TRMF documentation across OU repositories and corporate systems to ensure audit readiness and traceability.
• Govern IMCR and risk management databases, ensuring knowledge sharing and governance discipline.
• Analyze incident, audit, and risk data to identify trends, systemic gaps, and improvement opportunities.

5.Capability Building & Preparedness

• Lead IMCR trainings, refresher sessions, and simulations across ASP for OU teams and bottlers.
• Build capability in risk-based thinking, preparedness, and response discipline across the system.
• Support Global Technical Risk Management Network initiatives through local deployment and capability-building activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Food Science, Chemistry, Risk Management, or related technical discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in technical operations and/or QSE systems governance; experience in risk management or incident/crisis management is preferred but not required.

Based in Singapore, this individual contributor role will act as the Director, Marketing – Coca Cola Trademark Uplift for ASP OU to develop and shape brand growth strategy to drive sustainable growth for the brand in ASP market, working in partnership with Global Teams and Brand Market teams. The role accelerates system growth by driving alignment, leading cross-market pilots, and embedding best-in-class practices, always in close partnership with country teams.

• Drive the brand strategy for CCTM Uplift in ASP by championing transformational growth in close collaboration with Local and Global marketing teams
• Co-creates and supports the development of Long Range Plans (LRP), strategic OU ABP and strategic OU programs by collaborating with the Global CCTM team, the ASP OU CCTM team, and other functions.
• Accelerate Brand Performance in ASP OU
• Co-develops annual brand plans with Senior Category Lead and Country Brand Teams by landing category/brand programs and innovation launches with global consistency and local intimacy at the same time
• Aligns country and functional teams on category priorities, building scalable programs, and offering brand guardrails to ensure scale and brand consistency across markets.
• Leads and participates in key global/regional projects to ensure maximum synergy across markets in partnership with all departments to maximize outcome and speed.

• Develops comprehensive understanding of the brand’s consumer base, their attitudes and behaviours to formulate the appropriate integrated consumer marketing and communication programs which will enhance brand imagery and deliver the appropriate change in consumer attitudes and consumption behaviours towards each brand within the portfolio

Experience & Critical Requirements:

• 8-12+ years in regional category or portfolio leadership, with significant experience in cross-geography program development and multi-functional partnership.
• Strategic thinking: ability to leverage root cause analysis to identify performance drivers and capitalize on cross-category strategic opportunities.
• Strong track record in leading Categories and brand E2E programs, innovation pipeline
• Solid understanding and application of marketing fundamentals (e.g., brand positioning, brand architecture, consumer analysis, competitive assessment, marketing objectives/strategies, consumer segmentation) flexing within different local contexts.
• Storytelling Expertise: Proficient in translating data insights into compelling narratives that inspire executive leadership and make a case for portfolio growth.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, inspire stakeholders, and align diverse resources around shared goals.

Focus, Scope, & Impact:

Based in Singapore, this people manager role will partner with local stakeholders across all functions and OU to manage all Franchise and/or local customer activities at the Franchise Unit level, to drive alignment across multiple stakeholders including Center, CPS, and Bottlers, and to develop the key insights needed to inform strategic priorities, including:

• Manage franchise (bottlers) and customer relationships at the local level
• Gain insights and brainstorm with customers/Bottlers on local business issues; Prepare & support internal stakeholders on on-going negotiations
• Rebate, Support and deduction alignment negotiations
• Drive a growth mindset in all business partners and bottlers
• Set spend objectives and requirements (joint planning with bottlers / customers)
• Manage financial negotiations with internal and external stakeholders
• Quantitative and qualitative local Bottler/Customer info
• Assess Financial implications and models on new Business opportunities and optimization of current value chains (use of third party, plant closure…)
• Conduct System NSR analysis and forecasting, develop and share insights.
• Manage DMI business plans and rolling estimates and lead month-end and year-end closing activities, and coordinate spend status reporting and monitoring
• Support Annual Business Plan and Long-Range Plan process and submissions
• Support Resource Allocation analysis and decisions as needed
