As Manager or Senior Manager in Programme Development, you will be a core contributor to the operational policy work that keeps KidSTART running well. You will research, analyse, write, and implement — working across internal teams and external partners to develop the policies, frameworks, and monitoring systems the programme depends on.

This is a substantive policy and planning role. The work is analytical and detail-oriented, but the purpose is practical: better policies mean better support for practitioners, and better support for practitioners means better outcomes for children and families.

We are looking for a Sr Manager to join our ADTS ATI PI module.  

You will lead the PI engineering team to meet product performance, quality, reliability, yield, capacity and cost objectives through cross functional collaboration with global team. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to collaborating with internal and external partners to building and implement strategies aligned to organizational and business objectives by delivering high performing and cost-effective cell device/process solutions with highest quality and predictable reliability performance. Other responsibilities include ensuring organizational compliance with company policies, departmental procedures, providing organizational leadership for building and implementing department strategies, processes, and policy through active participation in functional teams and projects.   

Key responsibilities and duties include:  

Strategic Leadership & Team Management: 

• Lead a team of engineers and managers to achieve department goals. 

• Provide feedback timely, conduct regular 1:1s, and ensure career development discussions are part of the routine.  

• Advocate for the team and maintain a positive, people-centric work culture. 

Process Integration Direction & Technology Ownership: 

• Oversee process Integration development and optimization for advanced nodes. 

• Drive yield and quality improvement projects, SPC/Cpk enhancement, and cost reduction initiatives. 

• Improve process window for optimum cumulative yield to enable Fab volume ramp.

• Set clear direction, goals, and expectations for PI team. 

Operational Excellence: 

• Ensure compliance and business processes. 

• Strengthening inline defense and process robustness through collaboration with TD, PI, and other cross-functional teams. 

• Support technology ramp readiness and cycle time reduction. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration: 

• Partner with PEE/MFG/QEM/PLN team to drive operation excellencies

• Engage in strategic planning sessions and represent the department in leadership reviews. 

Talent Development & Engagement: 

• Drive hiring plans and talent pipeline development for engineers and managers. 

• Promote engagement initiatives and team-building activities. 

• Create an environment of motivation to foster team members engagement to the fullest of their potential. 

Innovation & Continuous Improvement: 

• Encourage adoption of automation tools and AI for efficiency. 

• Foster a culture of informed risk-taking and continuous learning 

Requirements 

• B.S/M.S./Ph.D. (or equivalent education) in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other related technical fields  

• At least 3 or more years of semiconductor process integration experience as leadership & managerial role.

• Strong understanding of process flows, process interactions, cell technology and how process changes can affect yield and quality

•  Proven experience in team development, project management, or a similar role. 

• Consistent track record to solve problems and address root causes.  

• Ability to multi-task and manage numerous projects simultaneously. 

•  Ability to think strategically and execute methodically. 

• Strong leadership and team building skills. 

• Think and communicate clearly in urgent and stressful situations. 

• Effective communication and presentation skills. 

• Validated ability to lead small and large teams, directly or indirectly, toward common goals  

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, written and verbal to all levels of an organization
