Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new overseas business opportunities, with primary focus on cross-border commercial projects for petroleum and low-carbon energy including circular economy and biofuels
• Originate and evaluate trading and commercial opportunities for feedstocks, intermediates, and products
• Engage with global partners including refiners, petrochemical producers, energy companies, shipping companies, and traders
• Develop business structures such as strategic partnerships, JV, investments, and offtake arrangements
• Conduct market research including oil market, circular economy, biofuels and regulatory trends

Qualifications

The Software engineer intern will be part of the Ads Team at Rakuten , contributing to the development and optimization of ad delivery systems that power various Rakuten Group products, including Rakuten Ichiba, Rakuten Link, and Rakuten Super Point Screen. Job Summary 
We are seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive Sales-oriented Intern to support our sales operations across the region. This role offers hands-on exposure to how enterprise sales teams generate leads, manage pipelines, track opportunities, and support strategic growth initiatives in a fast-growing ESG technology company. 

The intern will work closely with the Business Development team to execute outreach, maintain critical sales data, monitor pipeline activity, support presales coordination, and assist in tracking leads and opportunities. Job Responsibilities
