•    Man revenue service train, handle train defects and operate train when required
•    Perform sweep train operation to ensure system is safe before revenue service.
•    Conduct security sweep on board trains

Comply with Rules, Regulations and Procedures
•    Respond to rail incidents and/or accidents in accordance with assigned roles and responsibilities
•    Communicate operational and service information to relevant staff and commuters during rail incidents and/or accidents
•    Assist in the investigation of rail incidents and/or accidents
•    Operate trains as instructed by Operations Control Centre

Support continuous improvement activities to enhance service reliability
•    Propose workflow improvements to enhance operational efficiency of station and trains operations

Qualifications & Work Experience

•    NITEC in an Engineering discipline
•    Able to work on three rotating shift including weekends and public holidays
•    Candidate with no experience are welcomed to apply

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain assigned properties efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations and building acts.
• Uphold estate house rules and bylaws.
• Conduct regular inspections and recommend necessary repairs and improvements.
• Supervise contractors and ensure work meets specifications.
• Monitor and review estate agreements, licenses, insurance policies and contracts.
• Handle procurement processes within managed estates.
• Track and oversee repair and replacement works.
• Review operational procedures and recommend improvements.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and owners.
• Lead and manage a team of site staff. Organize and attend Council and General Meetings, including preparing notices, agenda, and meeting minutes. Follow up on post-meeting matters.
• Prepare regular estate reports covering service provider performance, owner feedback, updates, and utilities consumption. Draft and review correspondence such as circulars and notices.
• Maintain proper documentation and records. Prepare and review Management and Sinking Fund budgets.
• Work closely with HQ accounts for the recovery of MF/SF arrears. Perform additional estate-related duties as assigned.

Requirement:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building management - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead and manage the teams effectively.
• Knowledge of statutory regulations related to property management and compliance.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to liaise with residents, owners, and stakeholders.
• Minimum a Diploma holder in a relevant field.
