Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the warehouse, ensure performance in optimal level;
• Assign job or duties to warehouse personnels;
• Assist daily warehouse activities such as receiving, picking, sorting, packing, stuffing, loading, unloading;
• Ensure goods are sent out timely, accurately;
• Coordinate and communicate with the various departments;
• Maintain warehouse in orderly manner;
• Support warehouse team when necesssary;
• Perform cycle count/stock count in inventories;
• To comply with safety regulations and security measures for warehouse operations;
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor;

Responsibilities:

• Enter and maintain accurate inventory records in SYSPRO and Microsoft Office to ensure real-time stock visibility
• Monitor stock levels and manage receipt and issuance of goods to maintain inventory accuracy
• Process defective materials and update system transactions promptly to reflect current stock status
• Verify completeness and accuracy of documentation before submission to Accounts for processing
• Prepare monthly and ad-hoc warehouse reports summarizing key statistics to support management decision-making
• Handle official documents confidentially and maintain well-organized filing systems
• Coordinate with Production and Purchasing teams to ensure smooth material flow and timely material availability
• Support continuous improvement of warehouse processes and ensure compliance with company procedures
• Assist in audit preparation by maintaining accurate, complete, and accessible records
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve stock and documentation discrepancies efficiently
• Provide timely updates to management on warehouse operations and issues to support informed decision-making

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
• Strong organizational abilities with hands-on experience in inventory and documentation management
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills in coordinating with teams and resolving discrepancies
• Capable of working independently while also contributing effectively in a team environment
