Responsibilities：

• Responsible for all commercial and technical aspects of the Long-Term Service Agreement (LTSA) with the customer.
• Manage, plan, and execute projects assigned to your team from both technical and commercial perspectives.
• Collaborate with the customer and Field Service teams to determine spare parts requirements for outages, coordinating logistics with the project’s administration team.
• Define work scopes for outages in collaboration with Field Service and Engineering departments.
• Coordinate the preparation of HSE plans with designated HSE personnel.
• Ensure timely preparation of outage deliverables from internal stakeholders, including Field Service (Quality Plan, Outage Check Sheets, Schedules, Histograms), Engineering (Contingency Plans), QHSE (planning), and Commercial coordination (PO placement with vendors).
• Ensure timely preparation of outage deliverables from external stakeholders, including vendors (labour, on-site machining, local workshops, third-party services) and customers (periodical planning meetings, site entry requirements, alignment on site procedures, preparation of special tools, and management of extra works).
• Define outage budgets and implement cost control reporting.
• Support development and expansion of the local vendor network to enhance site activities.
• Manage local manpower and labour contractors for all outage activities.
• Maintain communication with the end customer, including sharing daily reports, Non-Conformity Reports, and Observation Reports.
• Monitor actual outage costs against the approved budget in coordination with the Finance team.
• Discuss and agree with customers on any extra or contingency work requirements.
• Consolidate final outage budgets and report to management and finance.
• Lead post-outage lessons learned sessions.

Requirement:

• Experienced in Long Term Service Agreement execution experience in power plants or industrial plants equipment is preferable
• More than 10 years of working experience and preferably in Power Industry
• Diploma/Degree in a relevant engineering, technical or business field
• Experience in technical troubleshooting and resolving technical and commercial issues for customers
• Knowledge of Gas Turbine Combined Cycle Power Plant Equipment maintenance
• Knowledge of local laws and regulations

RESPONSIBILITIES

Programme Management (SSG-funded)

• Oversee end-to-end operations of SSG-funded programmes (scheduling, trainer allocation, class-run setup, attendance, assessment, completion, claims).
• Drive enrolment, attendance, pass rate, completion and retention to agreed targets while maintaining high learner satisfaction.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery that meets internal KPIs and audit standards.
• Partner with faculty/trainers to deploy innovative pedagogy and up-to-date delivery tech (e-learning, blended, assessment tools).
• Run a structured performance cycle for trainers/lecturers (observations, learner feedback, evaluation rubrics, coaching).

Programme Development

• Lead continuous review and enhancement of curriculum, assessment and materials to align with current industry practice.
• Co-create content with subject-matter experts and validate outcomes/assessment mapping.
• Propose and launch new modules/courses based on labour-market demand and emerging skills.

Stakeholder Engagement &Partnerships

• Maintain active relationships with industry partners, accreditation bodies and government agencies to ensure relevance and compliance.
• Build partnerships for internships, industry projects, guest lectures and pipelines to employment/career progression.

Administrative & ComplianceOversight

• Ensure timely, accurate submissions and records required under the Private Education Act and other regulatory frameworks (e.g., class runs, attendance, assessment, moderation, claims).
• Maintain audit-ready documentation (trainer credentials, course files, QA artifacts) and uphold PDPA and internal governance policies.

REQUIREMENTS

• A Degree in a relevant field (education, business, or related disciplines).
• ACTA/ACLP certification is required.
• DACE or DDDLP certification is a strong advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in programme management or teaching, preferably within the education or training sector.
• Experience in Travel and Tourism industry preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate academic staff.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and time management abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in digital learning platforms and educational technologies.
• Experience in curriculum development and working with regulatory frameworks is highly desirable.

Role & Responsibilities 

1.      Programme Co-ordination:

Provide logistic support for activities and wellness programmes that focus on building the elderly’s self-help capacity including:

• On-site active ageing programmes which may be recreational/social and cognitive in nature, sometimes in collaboration with external providers
• Organising and participating in community events, outings and outreach events, such as door-knocking to engage community seniors

2.      Administrative Duties

-         Maintain a daily register of seniors who participate in activities and programmes at the Centre, for submission if necessary

-         Assist with money collection, issue receipts, maintenance of petty cash and requisition of Centre supplies

-         Provide support to the Centre cleaner to promote and maintain cleanliness of the Centre

-         Ensure Centre maintenance tasks are done regularly, e.g. aircon servicing, LEW reviews, etc.

3.      Volunteer Engagement

-         Encourage senior participation and volunteerism through promotion of senior initiation and implementation of ideas and activities

-         Assist Volunteer Management Executive to engage volunteers to run programmes and activities

4.      Outreach and Befriending Services

-         Conduct wellness assessments of seniors

-         Assign befrienders to provide befriending services to socially isolated seniors

-         Onward referrals to case management executive for service linkage and care coordination, when required
