【募集概要】
IoTアプリケーションは、デバイス、通信、クラウドと様々な要素から構成されます。コストと可用性、性能のトレードオフを最適化しつつビジネス要件を実現するためには、デバイスの選定からクラウドの設計・構築まで非常に幅広い技術的な経験を求められます。また、IoTプロジェクトはお客様やその業界にとって初めての取り組みであることも多く、ビジネス要件の妥当性の判断が難しいケースも多く存在します。

このような難しさを伴うIoTプロジェクトにおいて、ソラコムではIoTのプロフェッショナルとしてお客様に伴走し、必要な支援を提供するProfessional Services Consultant（以下、PS）が重要な役割を担っています。

ソラコムのPSは、お客様がIoTプラットフォーム「SORACOM」を利用したIoTプロジェクトを進める上で必要とする支援を、IoTと技術のエキスパートとして提供しています。その支援には、数週間の準備と数日の実施期間で行うワークショップ型の支援と、下記の仕事内容の例にあるようなコンサルタントとして比較的長期（3ヶ月前後）にわたり継続的に伴走する支援の2つのパターンがあります。

【仕事内容】
PSは、コンサルティング案件の提案と遂行、提供サービスの拡充、セールスやマーケティングチームと協力してプロモーションの仕組みや施策の立案と実行を行います。

例えば、自社で運営する輸送サービスの車両にトラッカーを取り付け、位置情報や燃費などを管理することで運用効率を最大化したい、というお客様のプロジェクトがあります。こうした案件では、まず営業やソリューションアーキテクトとともに要件を整理し、その後のPoCやプロトタイピングをPSが担います。整理した情報に基づき、GPSトラッカーデバイスの調達・設定や、必要に応じて開発ボードを用いた試作を行います。あわせて、クラウド側ではAmazon Kinesis Streams、AWS Lambda、Amazon DynamoDBなどを活用した設計を行い、GPSデータの蓄積や可視化アプリケーションの実装をお客様とともに進めます。

また、プロジェクトによっては、デバイスサプライヤやシステムインテグレータなど、複数の関係者が関わることもあります。そのような場合には、デバイスからクラウドまですべてを横断する技術的なエキスパートとして、プロジェクトマネジメントを支援しながら、全体が円滑に進むよう推進する役割も担うこともあります。

ソラコムのPSは、プロジェクトの構想段階、あるいは初期段階から参画することが多く、不確実性の高い状況下で利用技術、デバイス、パートナーの選定を行いプロトタイピングを進めるなど、プロジェクト内におけるCTO的な役割を提供していきます。

【仕事内容】

SAの仕事はお客様が実現したいビジネスやサービスの価値、そしてその背景にある課題を理解するところから始まります。

たとえば「みまもりサービスを開発したい」というお客様がいた場合、ヒアリングの結果に基づいて必要なデバイスや通信モジュールの選定、通信頻度やメッセージモデルやプロトコルの設計、データを受け取るクラウドサービスの選定や、データモデルの設計のお手伝いをします。更に、非機能的な側面としてシステムのスケーラビリティや運用性についての議論に参加することもあります。

特にセルラーネットワークは有限の資源をシェアするパブリックネットワークであり、これをうまく活用することはお客様のビジネスの成長にとって非常に重要なポイントであり、ソラコムのSAが大きな価値を提供できるポイントです。

Job Summary

We are looking for an AI Application Engineer to support the enablement, optimization, and deployment of AI models on automotive-grade SoCs.

In this role, you will work closely with internal compiler/runtime teams and external customers to bring AI models from training to optimized inference on embedded NPU/DSP platforms, with a strong focus on performance, accuracy, and system integration.

Key Responsibilities

AI Model Enablement & Optimization

• Enable and deploy AI models (e.g., BEV, object detection, segmentation, classification) on Gen4/5 SoC platforms with CNNIP/DSP/NPU HWA.
• Perform model performance analysis (latency, throughput, multi-core scaling) and identify bottlenecks related to memory bandwidth, scheduling, or operator mapping.
• Support model optimization workflows, including:
  • Post-Training Quantization (PTQ)
  • Quantization-Aware Training (QAT) collaboration
  • Operator fusion, graph optimization, and execution partitioning
• Analyze accuracy degradation caused by quantization or operator limitations and propose mitigation strategies.

Embedded AI Inference & System Integration

• Integrate AI models into embedded runtime environments (Linux / QNX).
• Debug issues related to:
  • CNNIP/DSP/NPU offloading
  • Memory allocation / IPMMU
  • Data transfer overhead and multi-core synchronization
• Validate AI workloads on target boards and simulators (SIL / HIL).

Toolchain & Model Workflow Support

• Work with AI compiler and runtime toolchains (e.g., ONNX-based workflows, hybrid compiler, MWMX).

  • Model segmentation and execution control
  • Quantized (QDQ) ONNX models

What a Technical Account Manager does at Visa:
The Technical Account Manager supports and assists Acquirer partners and online and offline merchants using all Cybersource Enterprise products and services. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical and operational support via e-mail, direct phone on a daily basis, and face-to-face meetings occasionally. Team Overview

Value Added Services (VAS) is one of three growth strategies for Visa globally, aimed at diversifying Visa’s revenue with products and solutions that differentiate its network and deliver valuable solutions across other networks.

All associated capabilities and services will report into the three functions in VAS – Acceptance Sales, Solution Sales and Technical Enablement. These functions together are accountable for both sales and end-to-end technical enablement of VAS products towards all types of clients such as banks, financial institutions, platformers, merchants, wallet providers, etc. The team coordinates across various business functions in Japan such as Client Relationship Management and Client Services, as well as our global offices, to support the business growth of our clients.

What a Solutions Manager does at Visa:
Reporting to a Director in Value-Added Services, the Solutions Manager role will be responsible for consulting clients on the technical architecture, value proposition and integration of our Value-Added Services products to clients. The Solutions Manager will work closely with our Client Relationship Management team, VAS Sales roles, Client Services and Asia Pacific Market Support Center in Singapore to leverage whole Visa technical expertise into client interactions and sales meetings.

Responsibilities

• Advise integrators on most effective system designs for Exotec products (answering to customer needs while optimizing integrator costs)
• Support integrators to understand functionalities, key differentiators, limitations of Exotec products and integration best practices
• Review and validate integrator design documents before final installation
